I am providing this review of our stay under the deconfinement rules which applied at the time. The restrictions in place were as follows: The room was not serviced during our 5 day stay, that is to say there was no cleaning, no bed-making, no change of towels and no re-supply of toilet rolls, soap etc etc. All tea and coffee making facilities were removed from the room. The restaurant, although open had a very restricted menu (3 entree, 3 mains and 3 desserts). This could be delivered to the room (for an extra charge of €5) but the staff would not enter the room. The rules obviously affected our stay and it is not clear to me which of these rules were determined by French law and which were decided by Best Western. What I can say is that they were not communicated to me accurately prior to my booking. We asked for our towels to be change and extra toilet rolls, which were provided rapidly. We bought a kettle, mugs, tea, coffee, sugar and milk from the supermarket. (Cheaper and quicker than ordering room service again for our breakfast cuppa). We ordered room service once but found we had no table to eat from. Plastic knives and forks were provided. We were not informed of the €5 supplement. Issues of coronavirus aside, we found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, the gardens to be very pleasant, with pool, sauna, crazy golf, boules etc available. The hotel is very convenient for visiting the towns and villages of the Luberon (although Pertuis itself is to be avoided).

After crossing the entrance doors the room was flooded with water to the ground with a very glissing fat substance, and that was only the beginning, of spiders that decorate the walls, the dust in the entire room the sticks and the complaints go up, the mosquitoes in the entire room..., the sticks are cut by I don't know what to slice, the bed heads fall into lambs the tissues go up and let appear on the bed and l'es chevet des morceaux pleins de poussière, la propreté n'est vraiment pas suivie dans cette maison le ménage semble inexistant ainsi que l'hygiène. La qualité de service inexistante, le personnel semble dépasser par la quantité de travail à fournir et perdu car une personne doit s'occuper de l'ensemble des tâches à effectuer Photo de la chambre pour illustrer l'absence de propreté en PJ A FUIR LIVEMENT NEW YOU HAVE !!!!!!!! I would not recommend this hotel. -Hard to find -Far from city center ($15 euro Uber each way) -no face cloths provided -only one small roll of toilet paper provided (and a half used one) -soap dispensers almost empty -no hair dryer -air conditioner didn’t work -did not allow early check in -stains on walls -broken glass in the cupboard -cobwebs -moldy shower curtain -shower handle was broken and didn’t stay on the holder -They charge $7 per clean (daily clean is not included!!) These are the reasons I would not stay again or recommend staying. This hotel needs improvement and care. The positives: -Staff are nice -Bed was comfortable -Free street parking out front or just $5 underground

Aparthotel with good location, service and reasonable price. It is quite suitable for business trips (my case), as well as for family vacations, tourist trips, etc. Around there is everything necessary for life.

The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained.Lhotel is near the centre but it is 11 minutes from the road station and 15 minutes from the city centre walking . The swimming pool is beautiful but fresh. The negative point would be the lack of channel +. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

4-night stay Upside: (1) Space - limited-service apartment concept. Separate bedroom, bathroom, toilet, kitchenette, living room & balcony (within dining table) (2) Location - nearby supermarket & gym (not affiliated with Adagio); walking distance to the old town (3) Laundry room - located near reception; takes credit card payments; but there's only 1 washer and 1 dryer, so plan ahead (4) Quiet - inward facing apartments don't get street noise and face a pleasant internal courtyard Downside: (1) Air-conditioning issue - apparently, there was an ongoing air-conditioning fault affecting some apartments, including the first apartment we were assigned at check-in. Also, apparently, guests were supposed to have been informed about this, but we weren't. None of the correspondence we received prior to check-in mentioned it, neither did anyone mention it at check-in. Initial response when we queried why the apartment wasn't getting cool was the offer of a standing fan. This was completely unacceptable given the high summer temperatures (＞30C) in a west-facing (afternoon sun) apartment. It would have been too uncomfortable to sleep, even with a standing fan. Not to mention the lack of transparency. After further enquiries, including regarding repair timing (several days!), suddenly another apartment, with functioning air-conditioning, became available. As Adagio is part of a major international hotel brand, issue could've been better handled by offering affected guests, whether in advance or at check-in, the option of (a) transfer to a similar-class property (in-network or otherwise) at no cost; (b) full refund; or (c) fully-transparent ”informed” acceptance of apartment with faulty air-conditioning.

It's very good. It's worth recommending. It's very good. My friends like it very much. Next time, I'll take my family to check in. Breakfast is rich, transportation is convenient, and the couple's attitude is also very good.
