3 Bedroom 2 bath. Living space and kitchen.

I’ll begin by saying that the host was very easy to work with and responsive anytime that I contacted him. The typical response time was not even two hours. We were there to attend a wedding, and he graciously allowed us to check in early so that we could get ready. Outside of a slight mistake in the door code, the check-in was very seamless. The main floor was nice and cool and, although it was not upstairs, there were plenty of fans. There was a variety of bath towels available, and the beds were adequate as far as comfort goes.That being said, the cleanliness was not even close to the average I’ve had in rental properties. I, my daughter, and my son are all fairly allergic to dust and just about every surface of the apartment (with the exception of the sinks, showers, and kitchen counter) were covered in a thick layer of dust. Additionally, we found roaches in the main level bathroom and several in the entryway between the restaurant and the apartment as we got home from the wedding. We typically stay in rentals whenever we travel as a family, because I have two adult children with significant others and we enjoy being together when we are not off property. Because of this, I’m willing to spend a little more to have space for us to be together. Given the cleanliness, I would say that the price was certainly not worth it.

The property is very nice. Super clean and everything was as it should be. Host is a great guy and answers any question very fast and accurate.

My number one complaint would definitely be the large cockroaches that infested this home. Other than that, parking is good during the day but bad at night due the restaurants and bars nearby. The bars were also very loud at night so be prepared for that. The kitchen and finer details of the home could use work. Hard to find bath towels, half the light bulbs didn’t work, a nail sticking out of the floor in the living room, just little inconveniences that we dealt with. The host was kind and responsive. The outlook over the river was nice.

We only used the apartment to sleep and shower. We spent most of our time at a family member's house nearby. The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels. I only found one washcloth, so it would have been nice to have more. We just used hand towels instead, so no big deal. It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. We didn't use the kitchen, but the counter would be nice to entertain, if needed.

We had a great time here! The host, Joe, was awesome and helped us with everything we needed. The downstairs restaurant was fantastic, and the bar next door was fun. I’d recommend this place to everyone!

Second Stay We found this place a few years ago and loved it. When we realized it was open for a last minute Mother’s Day weekend trip we jumped on it. What a great place. Unique, interesting, with plenty of room for everyone. We’ll be happy to stay again in the future.

The lack of adequate air conditioning made it so we could not stay there and had to find other lodging for the two nights we had planned to stay there. If the owner refunds our payment as he said He would and fixes the Air Conditioning I could recommend it.
