it was good but you need cell service to call them when you get there since it is located in an apartment building with only a small sign. they don't speak english either.

We liked the location close to the train station. We learned about the mini metro system which is very close by and transports one to the city center and back so efficiently. The room was spacious and clean. We would stay again..

Hotel ??? The only positive things was the balcony.
No paper in the toilet and no hostess to ask new one cause the hostess (who need google translate to speak with you) disappear after the checking.
First time I have no paper in the toilet of an hotel…
And the breakfast included is just a joke. You have just one drink and one croissant or cake or sandwich. Just one piece.. absolutely not enough for a breakfast.
It’s a shame to wrote « breakfast included » when it’s just a snack.
It’s nice to sleep near the train station and it’s clean. That’s all.

Siamo stati accolti con professionalitá. Purtoppo il bagno non abbastanza pulito e nelle lenzuola erano presenti dei peli. Al nostro rientro dopo cena, dentro la stanza c'era odore di fumo. Sicuramente proveniente dalla stanza accanto con la porta comunicante.
Abbiamo comunque dormito comodamente.

Buonissimo b&b con stanza pulita e ampia dove abbiamo soggiornato solo x un giorno ma che devo dire molto confortevole. Ottima posizione, vicino al centro basta prendere il mini metro dove si raggiunge velocemente il centro storico. Se ritornerò a Perugia tornerò sicuramente qui

Il B&B sta in posizione molto comoda, sia per visitare il centro storico di Perugia (anche con il panoramico mini metro), sia per visitare le altre belle città umbre, essendo vicino alla superstrada. L'appartamento è comodo, con arredi di qualità, e con tutte le dotazioni necessarie. I gestori sono molto gentili. Il parcheggio auto è all'interno della struttura. Il B&B è il classico punto fermo di chi si muove! TOP!

Siamo finiti lì prenotando all'ultimo in pieno agosto. Stanze pulite, ma per la colazione danno un buono per andare nel bar della Stazione vicina. Il prezzo è alto, per la struttura. Noi abbiamo avuto qualche problema all'arrivo perché, nonostante avessimo avvisato, la persona che ci avrebbe dovuto accogliere non era presente e abbiamo aspettato un po' lasciando l'auto in sosta vietata. Elemento molto comodo: a pagamento si può avere un parcheggio coperto nei sotterranei del palazzo del B&B.
