We didn't bring swimsuits, so she helped us contact several friends and asked where to buy swimsuits in this season. It was very considerate. This was before I checked in, I felt the warmth. After arriving at the store, the white walls set off by the warm light in the evening made people feel a little surprised. The store lady had already put water in advance for us, and the heating in the room had been turned on. It was really thoughtful and considerate. The style of the whole homestay is what I like, petty bourgeoisie and smart, the basic facilities in the room are smart, and the two lazy sofas on the pedals in the room are also my favorite areas, and the makeup mirror in the bathroom is also warm light. ② The overall facilities of the hotel are slightly old. In May, the hotel does not provide air conditioning. The reason is that the temperature is not high recently, so the hotel does not provide air conditioning as a whole. However, the room temperature is close to 28 degrees. After many coordinations, an electric fan was brought, but the noise was very loud. I could hardly sleep at night. I tried to open the window for ventilation, but found that there was no screen, and it was easy for mosquitoes to enter when the window was opened. After further communication, the service and price are a bit mismatched.
③ There are problems with room cleaning. After the room cleaning, the sheets and quilts in the room were not made up. I returned to the hotel the next day and was amazed. I have never encountered room cleaning that does not make the bed when staying in a fast hotel
④ The restaurant waiter has an average service attitude, with a sense of superiority of an old state-owned enterprise employee, and may be very unhappy to work overtime on May Day. The yogurt machine was broken during breakfast. After asking the waiter if there was any yogurt, he took out a few small boxes of yogurt from a drawer on the counter. He was reluctant and hid one quickly after taking it. I have never encountered a situation where very cheap boxed yogurt is limited in supply in a buffet breakfast. It is also a magical experience.

The service awareness really needs to be strengthened (if the hotel management agrees, it should have been realized long ago):
The hot spring center may have many external group purchase customers, so the service staff are also habitually indifferent to hotel guests;
The hot spring is written to be until 22 o'clock, and the water level in the children's pool is very low at 21:00;
At 21:30, there were staff shouting back and forth in the shower area: ”It is recommended that everyone move faster, the water will be turned off later.” It made us very embarrassed. After a hasty rinse, we went back to the room to wash again;
Welcome fruit, but I didn't see it;
The buffet children over 1.2 are considered adults, which is indeed unreasonable. It is recommended to have a half-price setting;
