"Very clean and well-maintained room; the washroom has a bidet and a hot-and-cold shower, plus dispensers for soap. Excellent location if you're intending to commute via LRT and MRT. Walkable distance to Gateway Mall, Cubao Expo, Farmers Market, Ali Mall, SM Araneta, etc, as well as banks, pharmacies, convenience stores, etc. Minor downsides (in my opinion) are that there is no free hygiene kit and hotel slippers included and you need to use the telephone by the elevator to contact the concierge."

GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me.
But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”.
But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.
