This time everything was different. Welcome? I felt as a family member, not paying guest. Design? Beautiful. Rooms? Perfect size, waterfront views, very comfortable beds, seating area, desk to work on, well above average storage space, and then the bathroom... history in the building, on the walls, there are books to read or consult about city and country. Food and beverage? Best I had in years at a hotel, from breakfast to dinner. Breakfast in particular is out of a stylish Hollywood movie. If a convention or conference is coming up - book it here. 2000 happy delegates? Easy :-) But there was something else, too: the team, their staff. How a hotel is managed reflects in staff attitude. According to my opinion and I spoke with many, this hotel must have the best possible management anywhere in the world. Thank you!

Guest rooms: The rooms are spacious and bright, with a simple and stylish decoration style, giving people a comfortable and warm feeling. The beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring good sleep quality. The facilities in the room are complete, including HD TV, free wireless network, mini bar, etc., to meet various daily needs. 2. Bathroom: Clean and tidy, equipped with high-quality toiletries. The water flow in the shower room is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, allowing people to relax while bathing. 3. Public areas: The hotel lobby is luxuriously decorated with a comfortable lounge area. The elevator runs smoothly and quickly, reducing waiting time. In addition, the hotel also has a gym and a swimming pool, providing guests with a wealth of leisure and entertainment options. 3. Hotel services 1. To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Loft airport hotel This hotel is beautiful we were completely in shock at how nice the room is - Has a huge mirror which converts to a TV. The room has little fridge with free drinks - coffee kettle. It has beautiful furnishings the bathroom is fabulous I would totally recommend staying at this hotel Has a large mirror which turns into a TV. All upgraded - & exceptional When you get a taxi from the airport be sure the taxi man puts on the meter…. If you don’t see the meter running by the time you’re leaving the airport tell him to pull over and put the meter on I have noticed several Turkish taxi drivers don’t put on the meter coming or going from the airport why because they want to rip off tourists Do not pay any more than 200 Turkish lira max You can even get an Uber for maximum of 165 from the airport to the hotel Unfortunately you cannot get an Uber back to the airport. We did get a taxi from hotel back to the airport. 160 lira The hotel says it’s 5 miles away (that’s as the Crow flies) its actuality 8 1/2 miles by road. 15 mins max All the girls & Guys at the front desk were exceptional & really sweet - they spoke English they ordered us food to be delivered in the evening for us. They also recommended restaurants. We ordered a Turkish breakfast for €5 Our flight wasn’t until 530 so we asked if we could check out at 1 and they said yes no problem which we thought was very nice of them. There is a hotel at IST Airport but it’s very expensive (& not on Expedia) We would Definitely stay at this hotel again and have marked it as one of my favorites. I don’t very often give 5 star reviews but the staff were so nice and lovely and the hotel was soo fabulous I gave it a 5*. I did book the hotel 7 months out and got an amazing price so that helped…

Sometimes it takes one interaction to ruin something and well my experience at this hotel took same turn. I had booked a corner room facing the Bosphorus through American Express. When I arrived, I asked for a room with two twin beds and the receptionist very rudely said he was certain my booking came through Expedia and that he was certain Expedia explains those rooms don’t have twin bed options and “it is your responsibility to pay attention!” I explained to him that American Express might book through Expedia but regardless the American Express booking page did not say king beds were the only option. He kept insisting that I booked through Expedia and the only option I had was to go with a room facing the city or pay extra for an upgrade. Even though I payed for the more expensive view, I ended up with the view facing the city. I later checked with booking.com and as a matter of fact they do offer corner room with twin beds facing the Bosphorus! You know so many times you check in hotels and out of curtesy they offer you an upgrade when a mistake is made but not here! The guy had to prove he was right and was very rude about it!

Checked out on April 30, 2024, here's the latest review! Hahaha... Westin is pretty good overall. I booked it because it will open in 2022. At least the facilities are newer. Besides, the hotel is in a good location, with a lot of food around. There is a Starbucks and other coffee shops downstairs, a McDonald's opposite, and a Ramada Hotel. The front desk service attitude is also good, and they are very cooperative in taking photos. From April 28 to 30, I stayed for a total of 2 nights, but the hotel only provided slippers on the first day, and there were no more after that. I don't know why. ps: The room provides a small lavender essential oil for sleep aid, which is convenient to carry, which is good. In general, I am quite satisfied and will choose Westin next time I go.

Without question The Artisan is one of the finest of hotels i have had the pleasure to stay in . From the first moment of arrival I was greeted by Serkan and his incredible staff members . Ibrahim is the most charming and polite if waiters and totally professional with his approach to all my needs . Fatih works behind the bar and works with such a wonderful positive attitude . He is an outstanding young man .

Been at this hotel make feel like home..friendly staff.nice environment. Good service. Execellent breakfast.this also special message in regards to a person.who was really special to us.and in general she is a person who really deserve 5 stars.her name is Sedea, the concierge at front.nice smile personality .

I brought a group of children with me. Fortunately, there is a restaurant street and two shopping malls across the street from the hotel. I ate different food every day for ten days. Turkey is indeed a food capital. The front desk was very helpful and helped me solve countless problems. My schoolbag was taken by another guest in the lobby. I checked the surveillance camera in the middle of the night and exchanged it. The hotel breakfast was very rich, and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. Since our group had a concentrated meal time, we went out immediately after eating. I told the chef about this situation. The chef started to prepare breakfast early the next day to ensure that the children had enough food during the peak meal time. This is not easy in Europe, because breakfast is usually eaten slowly, and it is a test of the efficiency of the kitchen. During my stay, I raised about dozens of requests, and they all helped me solve them, so I no longer disliked his hotel lobby for being unimpressive. The sea view is beautiful, and the room decoration is old-fashioned. When we checked in, they happened to be decorating the main hall. You can choose if you like retro culture! Overall it's good, but I like the modern style.
