KKatrin.PsySuch a cozy hotel with very responsive staff, especially Sean, a huge thank you to him! He speaks good Russian, is polite and friendly. The grounds are well-maintained, and it's a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which is very quiet and almost deserted. Outside the hotel, there's practically nothing except a minimarket and one cafe. To get anywhere else, like Sunset Town, you'll need a taxi, but it's not far, only a 10-minute ride. We also enjoyed the hotel breakfasts; they were tasty and filling. I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserRoom was good. Clean and small kitchen. We were traveling with small children so kitchen was our priority for preparing oats and others for little ones. Breakfast was also tasty, not buffetbut it was good. Location is good , close with everything bus station and lightshow. If you are coming from airport you do not need to spend money on taxi, you can get on bus #17 from airport. Ask the employee they will guide you free bus station vinbus #17. Highly recommend.

ZZHANThe hotel is in the eastern part of Phu Quoc Island. The overall environment is okay. Perhaps it is being developed in the east. The power outage is always crazy. The female boss of the hotel speaks fluent Chinese and is very enthusiastic about the guests going to China. She can help you with everything you need here. It may be that we are going in the current season, the wind on the seashore is relatively strong, and the coast will be rolled up by the waves and some mud will not look so clean. If you don't pay much attention to the sea, you can enjoy the leisure life of the hotel. The right hand side from the hotel, about 15 minutes walk, there is a seaside seafood restaurant produced good, especially the wurst shrimp they make is quite unique and worth a try.

GGuest UserWe stayed from December 13th to 23rd, 2025. The most important thing, and the first thing that matters to me personally about a vacation, is the BEACH. And I was very disappointed. You absolutely cannot swim there, not at all. Stones, dirt, plastic, huge boulders, and rebar sticking out of them. The photos are old; the overwater bungalows have been gone for a long time. However, the hotel itself matches the current pictures. The rooms are exactly as described and shown in the photos. The bedding and towels are sparkling white and very pleasant to touch and use. The bed is large and comfortable. Regarding the staff, we were definitely lucky! From the housekeepers to the hotel manager, a huge THANK YOU to everyone! Every wish or request I had was fulfilled 200%. We brought our own food, and they cooked it for us absolutely free, but we still showed our gratitude, and they always reciprocated. The team is SUPER! If you want to swim on the East side where our hotel is located, you have to exit the hotel, turn right, and walk about 800 meters into another hotel's territory. You can swim there, but the water is still murky. We went to the center. A round-trip taxi costs 500,000 VND, and a scooter rental for the whole day is 200,000 VND. Going north, there's a very good beach, which costs 900,000 VND for a round trip. But you'll also have to pay an extra 300,000 VND per person for a motorboat that takes you to a beach with stars (likely meaning a high-rated beach or a specific beach name). Overall, the vacation was excellent. Thanks again to the hotel staff. I will come back myself and recommend it to friends.

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful spot with stunning views, definitely come here! I have no regrets spending two whole weeks in this amazing location.
✅ What stood out the most:
- The staff works at an excellent level, the administrator is always available and ready to promptly address any issues.
- Comfortable bungalows equipped with everything you need: kettle, air conditioning, etc.
- Delicious breakfasts, especially the tasty soup— big thanks to the chef!
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi, pool, snorkeling, golf, and fun entertainment like pig races.
Additionally, there's an opportunity to see sea stars along a flooded path that appears twice daily during low tide.
I will undoubtedly return again, maybe even try camping next time. If you want to escape from hustle and bustle and enjoy nature, this is the perfect spot! 😊✨

SSergei MozolevHotel near Long Beach. Bungalow next to the pool. The room is large with a huge bed. Comfortable bathroom and toilet. The downside is the large panoramic window, which had to be constantly curtained from prying eyes. The location of the sockets is inconvenient; to boil the kettle you had to fence around towns. A strange employee at the reception, who first checked us in, and then for a long time could not figure out how to pay for the room. Breakfast buffet, average. We stayed for one night on the day we arrived in Phu Quoc; there was no desire to stay for more days. There is a pipe exit on the beach... well, you know, it was built by a carpenter, where the sunbeds are from which hotel is not clear, the staff runs around and kicks them out without much understanding. The path from the hotel to the beach is paved with sharp stones, which is not comfortable for bare feet. The pool is large, but muddy, did not swim.
