Overall not bad

A great hospitality experience! I stayed here for two months and it was outstanding service. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and impeccably maintained. Above all, the staff and management truly make the difference attentive to every detail, constantly going beyond what was included in the booking, and making me feel welcome every single day. Highly recommended for any length of stay!

I recently stayed at the Prima Link Hotel in Petah Tikva and had a wonderful experience. From start to finish, the staff was excellent, which included Naaqa,and Dorin the front desk. Also, the Yahaav at the restaurant and Yuval provided daily breakfast options for me. I was welcomed daily by David when I came to dine. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and truly went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. Doron, the manager of the hotel was also very accommodating. ​Another standout was the dining; the food was excellent. Whether it was the fresh variety at breakfast or the quality of the meals provided, everything was delicious and well-prepared. The business lounge had a variety of prepared meals as dinner options. ​The hotel itself is modern, clean, and located in a very convenient spot. It really is the premier place to stay in the city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!"

We stayed for one night with friends and family attending a wedding at a nearby venue. Check in was done online before we arrived, and the receptionist was helpful and attentive, arranging taxis to take us to and bring us back from the wedding venue. The hotel is on 19 floors with a pool on the top floor; our standard grade room was on the 14th floor. This is not a tourist hotel, but then Petach Tickva is not a tourist town. Clientele seemed mainly to be business people, and some air crew. Our room was about the size we expected, well furnished with a king bed, a desk and chair, and all the usual facilities (but no coffee maker, just a kettle). Towels were of excellent quality and size, bed linen adequate, air conditioning efficient, a rain shower and fully functioning bathroom/wc.. We were given access to the Business Lounge on the 18th floor which is a large bright area. A spread of salads etc is served in the evenings. Breakfast was way above average for a hotel of this grade and type, with an extensive buffer plus eggs to order. The restaurant staff were helpful and well trained.. In summary our stay was pleasant and comfortable notwithstanding a commercial vibe.

I have stayed at the Hotel Prima Link in Petah Tikva three times and would give it top ratings in ALL aspects! Total 10/10. I am always impressed by the stellar service and cleanliness of this hotel. It is located right next to and with access to the Petah Tikva Mall. The staff is fabulous and make you feel very special. I don’t want to say they make you feel at home because it is better than that. I must give a shout out to Managers Daniel and Owen, David security/greeter for breakfast, and Ramadan who works in the restaurant and lounge. The breakfast is superb with a wide variety of cold and hot items to choose from including made to order eggs and coffee (except on Shabbat). Housekeeping always did a fabulous job keeping my room clean. The pool on the roof is not large but is very nice. Roof top is also a nice place to read a book or relax as there are several couches and chairs located there. You can also access the mall and food court through special elevators in the hotel.

My stay at Prima Link Hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. I rated 5 stars across all parameters, and it is more than well deserved. What made this experience so special was the outstanding service provided by the wonderful team. A heartfelt thank you to Joy, David, Ramadan, Eitan, Niv, and the entire staff — each one of you contributed to creating an atmosphere that felt genuinely warm and welcoming. You didn’t just provide service; you made us feel at home. Your professionalism, attentiveness, and kindness were evident in every interaction, and it truly elevated our entire stay. It’s rare to encounter such a high level of care combined with such authentic hospitality. Thank you all for your dedication and for going above and beyond. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, high-quality, and heartfelt hospitality experience.

A great hotel in a great location. Amazing view from the roof top and from my room. Delicious food with great service at the business lounge. Room was quite, clean and peaceful. Very good room service. For sure will come back. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! We keep coming back to this hotel again and again since the staff is so kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms are well spaced and the beds are comfy. The meals have a good variety and are very tasty as well. We definitely recommend this hotel for couples just looking for a place to relax together, and it's also very business oriented as it offers all kinds of services for working remotely. Plus, it's location right next to the mall makes it easy for shopping without carrying around your stuff for too long. And in addition to everything, it's 2 minutes away from the new intercity train station for easy commute to Tel Aviv. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel was perfect! Location is very comfortable. the hotel is clean and comfortable with a delicious breakfast bust the very best thing was the heart warm team that make the all stay even better ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, the hotel is wonderful and highly professional. The "Classic" type rooms are lovely—nicely designed, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable, though the selection was limited. This wasn’t an issue for us, but a higher-quality coffee option than the "Elite" brand would be a welcome improvement. Our main issue was the lack of clear signage leading to the hotel from the mall parking area. The hotel tower has three sets of elevators, and unfortunately, the signs directed us to the wrong one. This led to confusion and unnecessary delays as we tried to find the correct elevator to the lobby. We later realized that the correct elevator was mislabeled as leading to the mall, rather than to the hotel. Clearer and more accurate signage in this area would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Once again, not disappointed! It feels like home! Rooms clean and everything we need is just there, hotel immaculate, breakfast with all we and our son need, and more!Valeria, thank you for your kindness at the breakfast!Thank you guys once again for taking care of us!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Prima Link in Petah Tikvah, Israel. The room was superb and the staff, especially managers Tamar and Doron, was uncommonly welcoming and gracious. Any request was immediately fulfilled. The entire experience was wonderful. Michael and Linda S.

Prima Link is a superb hotel. From the wonderful room accommodations, the remarkable snd friendly staff, and the delicious breakfasts, it's a true 5-star experience. It's located in the heart of Petach Tikvah, adjacent to a beautiful mall, next to public transportation, and near excellent restaurants. Highly recommended.
