Definitely the best hotel to stay. Room is clean, bed is soft, toilet is big. Toiletries are provided too!

Great stay at Sheraton Petaling Jaya. Room was clean and comfy, staff were friendly, and the rooftop bar had amazing views. Location is 10min walk to subway.

Overall an enjoyable experience with fantastic shower amenities. Bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned properly before we checked in. No complaints.

The room is neat, spacious and clean, bathroom is big, comes with full amenities provided, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is a gym and pool and a rooftop poolside bar, which is very nice. The hotel staff are friendly and always trying their best to accommodate us. The location is near federal highway so makes it convenient to go anywhere and not too far from downtown. Recommended.

The room is spacious and clean but decorated a bit out dated. The view on the 33rd floor is awesome , the swimming pool is rather small though.

We get the corner club room, spacious double queens size beds. Bed is comfy. AC is a bit noisy. Floor trap and plug need fixing. Neighbors doors banging can be heard loudly. Need more soundproof. Hotel is getting a bit old. The room on the 28th floor facing the rail track so the rail noise can be heard throughout. Staffs are excellent and friendly. Breakfast spread is good. Club food is good. We will stay again next time

Everything was nice. The bed was big and comfortable. Toilet was spacious and very clean. Room service was very prompt. Breakfast spread was amazing and delicious. Only drawback was that its almost the same varieties every day. By the 2nd day the excitement dies down.Infinity pool was nice but is very small but gym is good. Looking forward to the next stay. Beautiful view of all the skyscrapers from the hotel from all angles

Nice hotel very conveniently located if you want to use the train. But otherwise very little to do nearby.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel. While the location is quite far from the city center, the hotel itself offers a comfortable and pleasant experience with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. During my stay, I had lunch at their Chinese restaurant, Yue. I ordered the abalone fried rice, which was absolutely delicious — flavorful, perfectly cooked, and well-seasoned. However, my dining experience was marred by a strong tobacco smell coming from the nearby cigar lounge. This was highly disappointing and clearly a poor design choice to place a cigar lounge on the same floor as two restaurants. It negatively impacted what could have been a perfect meal. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for those seeking comfort and quality service, but the cigar lounge placement is a serious flaw that management should reconsider to enhance the dining atmosphere.
