The main contact customer service line is so irresponsible. I came check in at 3pm, can't check in. I had text and call so many times, but still didn't respond anything within 30 minutes . The room is not clean and you can see the cigarette butts in the toilet and the bed sheet is not changing, can see the strain and smell bad of smoking.

The room environment is very good and the price is reasonable.

Had a great stay at Ukiyo Hotel. The design is minimalist and calming, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. The location is also convenient for getting around. Overall, a stylish and relaxing boutique stay — would definitely come back.

Very good exceptional location and cheap price

Overall room environment is clean, but the wall beside the bed is terrible water stain, due to check in late nite , front fest is self service, not convenient to request of change room.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room was very clean, modern, and the bed was super comfortable. The location is excellent—very close to many local eateries and shops, making it super convenient. Check-in was fast and hassle-free. Exceptional value for money, will definitely come back again!
