I booked this hotel as there is no chooce.I had to spend a night at Kota Damansara and all the hotels nearby fullybooked.i had to pay extra RM10 because room capacity exceeded but without anything given e.g extra towel or extra pillow etc.No bottled water provided in the room as stated in trip.com website.Only a water dispenser provided near the rece counter.The window was covered with ripped curtain and dirty.There are lots of ants in the room.Other than that the receiptionist are non local

The worst stay ever, very unhealthy and smelly place to stay in I had to leave in the first night I arrived. This place should be shut down

Given the price when booked and the condition of the room i can say its worth every penny. initially the plan was to stay for 2 night. But we extended to another night. The area is quiet and lots of shop and food stalls in walking distance. Recommended for those who in search for quiet stay after hectic days.

We need to hire local workers instead of foreigners who don't understand Malay...please provide change so that it doesn't make it difficult for customers to find money to pay the deposit...the deposit system should be eliminated because it makes it difficult for customers..

Until the hotel said full. Then he asked to go to another branch. Luckily there is a room. But it's 40 minutes from the one I booked. The room is reasonable at the price of a budget hotel

for climbing towels ✅ There is no water dispenser There is no kettle to cook hot water only one channel TV ✅ bed sheets with underarm odor blankets ✅ good news from the looks of it
