Love to staycation in this hotel. Location is great. But don’t have own restaurant and swimming pool need to share with lagoon resort hotel. Anyway is not an issue for us, cos just nearby. Definitely will stay again if plan staycation.

The hotel is surrounded by amenities like an amusement park and a shopping mall. However, the water quality in the hotel is terrible; it smells strongly of pool water and is discolored. I even wonder if they're recycling water from the amusement park. Breakfast was very mediocre; apart from the fruit, there wasn't much else worth eating.

Surprise with earlier check in! Service up to standard, at least able to handle simple question like location, explain to how go swimming pool. Attentive with my lost expression.- helpful Small incident Day 1, for room cleaning- did not clean the two cups Day 2, water bottle - I broken the open (like canned opener), they replaced it with plastic mineral bottle Small sofa, materials seems not recommended- causing itchy skin.. not sure due to.. me or the sofa materials or the hygiene. Aircond seems quite cool.. luckily is adjustable. Refurbish at the acceptable level. Overall feel moderate not antique. Walking to shopping mall is the best for choosing the place. Good sound proof too.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I was allocated an interconnecting room, which I was not aware of at the time of check-in. Unfortunately, noise from the adjoining room continued until around 1:00 a.m., making it difficult for me to fall asleep. The noise then started again at approximately 6:00 a.m., further affecting my rest. I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise why an interconnecting room was assigned, especially when the neighboring room was occupied by guests unknown to me. In addition, I would like to highlight some concerns regarding room hygiene. I noticed hair in several areas of the room, and there were also blood stains on the pillowcase, which was quite concerning. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively, as I believe it will help improve the comfort and experience of future guests. I look forward to your kind attention to these matters. The room was very comfortable, and you could access Sunway Lagoon directly from downstairs. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the kids really enjoyed it. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit small, and there wasn't much space for luggage.
