Pros - Location very good, walking distance to Twin towers and shopping mall (* other shopping mall or aquarium via Grab) Cons - Hotel beside Malay Cemetery.... you can see clearly from the big window - room chair no wheels, need to carry if moving around or scratch the floor, another wooden chair is quite heavy also no wheel - WIFI not stable - TV program very limited and a lot of snows flakes (not clear), if you need to see more program need to rent video recorder (if not wrong) - Toilet flushing very slow - need to ask for shaver and comb upon request but only shaver given. - hotel breakfast not many varieties, both days almost same items * book thru Trip.com stated 2 adults but hotels insisted only ONE name shown in their system so only give us 1 breakfast for 1 room (2 days), i requested to combine 2 different date breakfast as 1 day but not allowed. so i have to pay for 2 breakfast (RM40/person). The next day i shown the booking ticket from trip that stated 2 adults clearly to the reception admin but she doesn't accept and ask me to call Trip to check... * if not wrong, when i reserved the hotel thru Trip.com didn't ask me for second occupancy name. * close to 1 hr taxi from airport to hotel

When I heard of this place, I went to YouTube to see any reviews for it and see how it looks like. On the day itself when I booked in, I am AWE how nice the place is and spacious it is, it’s looks so nice and worth to stay at the place. Booked the one bedroom premier, I gotten the highest level , the view from the living room and bedroom, I could see the KL tower, looks near but actually abit distance though. The swimming pool is nice and good too. It’s worth to stay for few days even for a day, it’s near to KLCC and walkable to W hotel as well.

It's all smooth since i choose booking hotel via the Trip apps. Don't be lazy to read a review and picture uploaded from others. Just a lil bit confuse when to check in, i'm driving to there, so, find The Intermark Mall, then go to the Gate C, you can park from level 4 and above. You'll find Lobby entrance lift, go to Level 1 to Hotel reception. After check in, you can see the lift to the hotel. It is not the same lift to the car park. Don't forget to endorse your carpark ticket at the frontdesk before you check out My check in was so easy and smooth. The staff greet me very friendly, as soon as they saw me walk in. The frontdesk manager who assist me, also was a good looking, humble, always smile, soft spoken, make customer feels comfortable ”Tenang Rasa Hati”. 5 star for you. While waiting, you will be given a Hilton Cookies, yummy ☺️ Then show your booking number and your ID, give your email and phone number and hallas your access card are ready. There's a mall down there. You can go for shoping, everything you need, just name it, pharmacy, saloon, money changer, boutique, and also a food's court. The bed, bathroom was very clean. Smells fresh, good and fragrance. The interior design just like shown in the TRIP. The next day, while i'm going out, the house keeping cleans my room just like before i've check in. He changed everything, towel, bathrobe, and top up more drinking water, tissue, conditioner etc, i like it so much... i gave him 5 star rating for this. My room so refreshing for another one more night. I like the way they separate the floor in the bedroom, so i don't have a problem to pray in here. Breakfast from 7.30 - 10.30am at 'Makan' level 11. Even i'm on my IF but it's ok, my cheat day, hahaha. There is a variety of foods you can choose, Asian, Indian, western, malaysian breakfast, pastry, salad, noodle, murtabak, tosei, fruits, cracker, everything was there. I'm not a picky person, but every hotel i go/stay, i will try their Omellete and here, i love it so much because there is so many ingredient you can add in, just name it, sausage, mushroom, cheese, etc. I have a realy nice and fantastic moment being in this hotel, and i will not hesitate to stay here again next time.

Everything was good except the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. Found the bedsheet with black stains and even got a part similar like a shoe mark. Only found it when i'm going to sleep during mid night and too tired to make a call to the operator or front desk regarding this. I just tried to use some wet tissue to clean it myself. Since i have been staying in collection club room several times, i've noticed the lounge only served kacang putih and normal beverage. Last time there was at least banana cake served. It seems no staff attending at the lounge.

The room was lovely, well decorated and laid out, and the bed was huge and the mattress comfortable. The pillows were just right - THANK YOU! The central bedside console for controlling the lights and aircon was nifty, though we couldn't work out how to totally dim it at night so had to throw a towel over it. The aircon had several modes which worked really well. All the room anenities were just right - iron, fridge stocked with drinks, gowns, welcoming bowl of fruit. The hotel gave us 3 free pieces of laundry daily, which was very usefulnand much appreciated. The laundry service was expensive - unfortunately par for the course for most hotels - but Hello Laundry, conveniently down the road, offered an excellent alternative service. Free breakfast was included, and the fare was simply amazing (see pics). There was something for everyone, you won't leave feeling hungry! Many chefs were busy preparing right in front of you, the waitstaff buzzed around like bees, and the head chef and manager were ever present. Great personal service, not a single person made us feel unwelcome. The check in service was fluid and welcoming, and the concierge and doormen helpful. Overall, a great stay.

The location was not bad, around 5 minutes walk will reach a monorail station, 10 minutes will be able to reach Pavilion Mall. Free parking was available for the cars, and plenty of lots was available even around the Christmas day, so no worries for those who drives. Just remember to get an QR code from the receptionist before exiting. They do provide complimentary breakfast every morning. I stayed for 3 days, first morning was kind of bad, everything was very cold and not refilled on time and empty food trays could be seen. Second morning was better. Taste wise, not very authentic, Nasi Lemak taste like normal rice. But since it’s complimentary, better than nothing I guess. And remember to get the toothbrush kit from the receptionist, they only gave you upon request.

Trip.com stated 5* hotel but Google map stated 4*. Some personal feedback: Pros: ‼️ Location, location and location - While everywhere was jammed during countdown eve, the Grab driver was shocked our location was sooo smooth. From KLCC back to hotel was a breeze. ‼️ Water was refilled daily 👍 Cons: ❌ No bar fridge 😱 ❌ Phone was spoilt ❌ Office chair cushion literally sink in when seated omg. ❌ Hot water erratic and rain shower anyhow splash ❌ Noise - No way to sleep when someone is showering. Overall, breakfast was decent standard will likely stay here again in my next stay but hopefully not 20 years later. Cheers.

It was basic 3/4 star’s hotel and located in china town, which area I didn’t like so much. The room was dark but nice. The from room was wiew was great in 7. floor; I saw petronas and kl tower from there and the light shows them every night. :) The pool was very small, but the terrace in pool were very nice and you could see Merdeka 118 building next to it. :) Cleaning wasn’t so good; Male housekeepers only changed sheets and towels everyday, but they haven’t dishwash glasses or mugs in the room and there were dirty marks all over the tables, walls, bathroom glassdoor etc. which was disgusting! There wasn’t also toilet paper enough, and when I asked that more the male housekeeper wasn’t happy about that. So this hotel should make effort more for house keeping and maybe change that stuff! Other stuff were very nice and helpful, and they gave me a free breakfast because of the wrong fire alarming middle of the night!

Halfway through the stay, the key card could not work due to faulty battery door lock so we were told to wait at the lobby. No one attended to ask until I stood up and asked the counter staff. Toilet has an odor and there seems no way to get rid of it.

Took some time when checking in as told by the staff as all the rooms are booked, so have to wait for the rooms to be clean. Location is near to Chow Kit, approx 10min walk. There’s a night market beside/back of the hotel but it can be quite dark and shady as the roads aren’t well lit. Swimming pool is very small and so is the gym. The gym is located on the other building so you have to walk over and seek the receptionist to assist you in opening the door to the gym. The worst was the waiting for the lift. It can take up to 5-10min waiting for the lift as it serving up to 25 floors. Bed is somewhat on the softer side and the pillows are incredibly soft which is not to my liking. I made a special request upon booking but when checking in, due to the lack of rooms, I was upgraded to a lower floor which I’m not sure if it’s even a upgrade as the room was smaller and my special request was not met.

This is my second time staying here. I really like Ibis KL . Breakfast decent but I like the staff keep on top up whenever the food almost finish. The staff really nice and helpful. The main attraction of course the swimming pool and free parking that I consider staying here . One more thing although i come during Christmas... Located nearby Lalaport, Zepp KL, Berjaya Time Square and within Bukit Bintang walking distances. The room which i stayed 415, for me is acceptable with the decor is a bit outdated and maybe could use some future updating. There were no complimentary mineral water and no hot kettle provided, only two glasses and a jug which for the water hot or warm water, you need to walk to nearby coway water dispenser which located next to the lift. There is insect like ants all over the table mostly nearby tv desk. The phoneline always engaged, tried for few times within 25 minutes time trying to reach the Front Desk or Operator for assistant, only F&B department where not engage but nobody answered. The bathroom is also in need of renovation and only simple amminietes provided i.e Toothbrush and No Shaver. The entrace to carpark at 1st and 2nd floor was quite narrow and confusing, the parking area also quite tight and you need to take the parking ticket and verify at the ground floor counter if you want to exit the hotel and the surrounding hotel access road look like it require some flattening and levelling and also i need of clear signage for direction. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay, but there are areas for improvement in terms of access, amenities and room condition.

Our compliments to Hoosiun front desk. He is very friendly and helpful. We only feel disappointed with housekeeping. I was seriously impressed with the breathtaking view of the Petronas Twin Towers and the KL Tower from my bedroom suite. My wife and myself loved everything about the service and hospitality. The swimming pool was a bit too cold for me other than that everything was amazing. Thanks a lot for making our stay a memorable one.

The process of check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. I was greeted by a staff, given a welcome gift and a card. That’s nice. The room was cleaned twice a day during our stay. But the bathtub was not cleaned when the cleaner came. Food variety at breakfast was well served but the staff who was at the egg station making omelets on the 26th of December) was unfriendly. Although this hostel has comfortable beds with good curtains, it is highly unhygienic and we would not stay here again. It may be very cheap but that doesn't excuse the lack of basic cleanliness. There are 5 rooms per floor with on average 6 people per room. Which could imply that there are 30 people using the same communal bathroom per floor. We noticed that the bathroom had not been cleaned in two days and was found to be in revolting state with rubbish on the floor and nail clippings and hair from people shaving left in the sink for days. There were strange substances on the shower floor and I felt it necessary to shower with my flip-flops on. There was no toilet paper in the toilet and human excrement spread up the back of the toilet and left there. Furthermore there is no soap in the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet. We can only assume that the staff are also not washing their hands before handling food at breakfast. The staff provide you with shampoo and body wash when you arrive and tell you that you can return it for a refill. However, when asked for soap they said they didn't have any. On the first night when we got back to the hostel, we noticed that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. We asked for it to be cleaned and nothing was done. The following morning after noticing that it was still filthy, we asked again and they told us they would have someone look at it. By lunchtime it had reached an appauling state as it still had not been cleaned. I had to request to speak to a manager who told me to wait for five minutes. I am outraged at the blatant lack of care that the staff show people. After speaking to the manager, the toilets and sinks were cleaned but the showers were not until we asked again. At this stage they swept the floor with a brush and that was all. The room is smelly as it has no access to fresh air. The breakfast is basic with bread available to toast served on paper plates and tea or coffee in paper cups. The disregard for the current climate crisis is unacceptable, it is such a waste. All due to the laziness of the staff here. Furthermore when packing away breakfast, they do not wash the knives that everyone in the hostel has used, they wipe it with toilet roll and use it again the next day. We asked if we could wash our refillable water bottle and they told us that there was no sink and to wash it in the bathroom. This is highly concerning as we fear there is no way for them to wash the knives and bread container that the breakfast is served in. The girl behind the desk has an incredibly unnecessary poor attitude. We watched a gentleman arrive to breakfast at 10.01 and ask for more bread to toast. She stood up to get him some, realised the time and told him smuggly 'it's past 10'. She seemed to get great enjoyment out of starting to pack breakfast away immediately in front of him. Finally we were disappointed on arrival to discover that there is in fact no pool table at this hostel as is adve

While the location and busy street cannot be remedied, I would suggest the owner of the hotel to continuously reinvest their earnings to improve the hotel a little at a time as it will definitely be good for travelers and returning customers in the long run. Whilst this hotel may not be everyone's cup of Teh Tahrik, it was certainly mine. I loved my stay here - the aesthetic of industrial chic was brilliant, the bed was super comfortable, the A/C and fan effective, staff friendly and inobtrusive, and in a great location on the fringe of Chinatown. Though I didn't have breakfast included, I did get a complimentary drink in the cafe downstairs each day. The outdoor bathroom was great as well - not for everyone I'll admit, but I quite liked it. If I had to point out some flaws, the lack of fridge was a surprise omission - though complimentary water bottles were available whenever I wanted (just not chilled). The room also was not especially dark at night - lots of LEDs from smoke alarms and the A/C, plus the lights from the courtyard/airwell plus the general light of the city coming in from the top windows. If sensitive to light, take eye masks. Otherwise, this has absolutely become my go-to hotel in KL.

The hotel should be renovated from an old residence. The lobby is very splendid. In addition to the counter, there is a self-service registration machine and lemonade as a welcome drink. There is often only one waiter at the counter, but he is polite. There is a big gap between the decoration of the room and the lobby. The decoration of the room is old, the yellow split-type air conditioner makes a whirring sound, the bathroom floor has stains that cannot be removed, and the pillowcases also have the same problem. Fortunately, they are stained but not odorless. There is no toothpaste or toothbrush provided in the room. The triple room has a spacious space, a microwave, a refrigerator, a thermos, and a swimming pool on the ground floor. There is a free Go KL bus near the hotel, but the route takes you around residential areas and is not worth taking. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to Aeon and is connected to Sunway Velocity via the subway underground passage. These two shopping malls can solve shopping and dining problems. Take the Green Line of the Metro to Exit D of Maluri Station (Aeon), go straight, pass the bus stop and the intersection. Overall, the price of the hotel and the convenience nearby are not high and it is worth staying.

I don't know if I'm the first one in China to comment on this hotel. This hotel is next to Petaling Street (China Street), opposite the subway station and not far from the passenger station. The location is undoubtedly, but! The environment is average, the space is small, the room I live in can't see the view, there is only a big water storage tank next to it, it is very noisy, the air conditioner is annoying, blowing on people, so I cough up phlegm...of course it is my own question. There is another thing that I find particularly interesting: the front desk charged 50 MYR, and he directly stapled the reservation form and 50 yuan in cash with a stapler. When I handed it to me, I saw that there were two staple holes in the money , this is shocking, their currency is really.... dare not say Generally speaking, it is actually ok. The location, price, and service are very good. If you are traveling or doing business, you can live here. It is also a good choice
