The room is clean and has everything you need except a smart tv. Would be nice to be able to use YouTube or Netflix but yea other than that it was all good

Good location and price. The rooms are clean and relatively comfortable and better than what you would expect for the price. The staff are helpful.

Excellent location with fabulous views. The walk from the hotel into town was beautiful along the river. The hotel was friendly and the staff efficient and very helpful. Nice breakfast.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. No housekeeping until fourth day so how you are supposed to re-use one hand towel and one bath towel between two people for more than one day is a joke. Poor breakfast and basically due to no staff. Hotel is excellent location but really poorly managed. Room is clean and modern but just not serviced. Would not stop there again due too l’y about six staff running the hotel like a hostel.

Breakfast was lovely however service and cleanliness was poor. Tables left for over 30mins before cleared. Coffee terminal had rubbish everywhere and had not been restocked. Lovely location, but rooms aren’t sound proof if people walking in corridors you could here their conversation 😊. It was a nice place but won’t return

Hotel was good but when I was about to book it it showed double bed in room but when we went there it was 2 single bed.

Nice hotel as stay quite a bit, needs aircon I the room ad they get very hot when it's a nice day.
Nice pub next door and a great walk up and down the boating lake.
