Well I took my kids there to swim and my husband and I love sitting in the jacuzzi but they never told us it was broke not even at check in did they tell us it was broke I only live 10 min from the hotel so I went there for that Exact reason so yea the kids had fun but my husband and I didn’t

When booking, not told that the hotel is under construction. Things missing in the room: plastic cups in the bathroom, suitcase stands, a working phone to the front desk, and a clock. The phone didn't work and was labeled for room 114, when we were in room 112.
The toilet wouldn't flush completely. The spickets in the shower are not connected and fell off easily.
The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was awesome. The coffee was fabulous.
Loved the refurbed room, all clean and fresh, but see above. And, when I booked, I should have been told that the hotel was under construction.

Newly renovated room is beautiful. Staff very friendly. My only complaint would be the construction worker who walked into the breakfast bar (specifically by the food) and loudly and voraciously blew his nose. Quite disgusting. Could have been done away from the food. Everything else has

Hotel completely torn up for remodeling. No lobby or main entry. Workers everywhere. Entry through side door by pool, just a total mess. Refused any adjustment and just told us we could cancel and find another hotel if we weren’t happy.

What didn't I like? Everything. This property is under construction and had been since March. I booked this in June not a word was said about any construction. I paid over $400.00 a night for this,??? Saturday and Sunday they start at 8? We ate breakfast with the workers. I expect much more from Hampton,/Hilton. I am a Hilton honors my member, I'm so disappointed. My daughter and I came for a lovely weekend to share and this was ridiculous. I won't stay here ever again, ever. Even after the remodel. This property should have been closed then remodeled than reopened. Someone owes me a total refund.
