Já conhecemos Petrópolis e fomos em família para descansar, escolhermos o hotel pois em suas fotos vimos áreas de lazer e piscina.. o único quesito que me fez não dar 1 estrela são as pessoas que trabalham nesse hotel, são EXCEPCIONAIS, educadíssimas, prestativas, solícitas.. elas que fizeram nossa experiência não ser nota ZERO, é a única qualidade do hotel. Os problemas: Lençóis não dão nas camas, ficam saindo no meio da noite. Os quartos não tem tomadas o suficiente, a mobília precisa de reforma, está caindo aos pedaços, o chuveiro é péssimo, a água fica forte/fraca no meio do banho e não tem suporte para shampoo/condicionador, então fica tudo no chão, a tv muito antiga e não funciona direito com streamings. A cortina suja, janela não fecha direito, não tem blackout então o quarto fica muito claro. As áreas comuns são PODRES de sujas, muito mesmo, o salão de jogos é imundo e cheio de fezes de passarinhos, nem deixei meu filho brincar. Fomo sentar para jogas UNO na parte que tem um bar e os lustres são cheios de teias de aranha, muita sujeira nas mesas, pedimos uma taça para tomar um vinho, e ele simplesmente NÃO TEM, nem copo de vidro nos ofereceram pois a cozinha estava fechada, ahh tem isso, a cozinha não funciona e não tem restaurante nem bar, tem que pedir tudo por ifood. Nem entramos na piscina pois as áreas comuns eram tão sujas que não tive coragem de deixar meu filho entrar. Estou fazendo esse revew aqui porque entrei em contato com a gerente GERAL DA REDE e NADA foi feito, mandei as fotos que vou anexar aqui, e nada, somente um pedido de desculpas, mas claro que isso não é suficiente. Reitero aqui: as pessoas que trabalham nesse hotel são excepcionais, funcionários de primeira mesmo, a questão é que são poucos pro tamanho do hotel, e não dão conta de limpá-lo adequadamente. Espero que eu ajude alguém a não se hospedar lá.

I traveled with my husband, we were in two different suites, the 3rd floor is wonderful, wide, good bed, clean towels, a captivating balcony, the second floor, Lords' suite, 3rd floor, tasty linens, clean towels. But I didn't like the bathroom, the box was very small, it wasn't good to take a couple bath, it had a bathroom, and I had no children, the glass was black and the print of dirt, that's the negative points. The restaurant's service team is a sensational fineness, the chef who has prepared the romantic dinner was very delicate and prepared a meal with a perfect taste! All are congratulated. The staff were very nice and very friendly, very nice, fine and kind! I recommend a pancake table very much. She's sensational! The hotel is congratulated on the linens. They're wonderful! I feel at home. In parallel, I suggest improved TV quality. The TV of the Imperial Suite was blocking (TV brand, Philco). The TV of the Lorde Suite (Aurora??) was interfering, as well as a small TV. The solar restaurant is legal. It's a few memories to buy, but I found the restaurant Taberna's food more nice.

The hotel is wonderful and offers the best of the day's facilities with the decoration and architecture of the season, in a perfect location for anyone who wants to know the main tourist points of the city walking. The staff are very educated and careful, cleaning is perfect and the wi-fi works very well throughout the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, with various options of bread, cake, cold, jelly, fruit, juices, milk and coffee, and served in a very beautiful location with side view of the Cathedral. The hotel's outermost part offers swimming pool, free parking for guests, exercise chairs and very nice and well-cared gardens.The room is very comfortable and features a couple with comfort, which was my case. It has a large box with available heads, fridge, headboard, chair and lighting, TV with excellent image and a variety of channels, large and soft bed and air conditioning. The bathroom is good, it has a pillow, with a hot and cold water tower and a good bathroom, a toilet with a toilet and a very good shower. I noticed only a delay to warm the water from the shower, but it didn't catch me at all. There are also some hairdryers to borrow, just ask at the reception. In the building I stayed there is an elevator. The trip was wonderful, I'll be back.

Hi many negative comments, but my experience was good, it is worth noting that Petrópolis is a historic city, and its buildings are very old, as is the case with the hotel building, and the only negative point I see was the noise issue, it really gives to hear everything happens in the hotel corridor, who has a light sleep gets damaged, but the cleaning was good, the pool area is very beautiful, warmed pool is very tasty, the wonderful water (with scheduled time) breakfast OK, and good care.
