When I checked into the King Suite both the windows looked out to a roof top, with heating & colling vents, as well as a pile of dead grasshoppers. I went to the desk to request a room change. I was staying for 2 weeks, and didn't want that view. I was informedd by the Staff that because I booked my stay through *******, they could not move me.
Then on the last Saturday of my stay there was an event being held in the event center, which was directly below my room. At 10:45pm I called down to the desk to complain about the loud music, and the base that literally vibrated through the mattress. At that point all the sudden they offered to change my room.
I did not want tp repack my bags to change rooms at that hour. I requested ear plugs, which I was told they did not have. They offered me complimentary breakfast for the rest of my stay as compensation.
When I went to check out they had billed me for breakfast on the 27th. I still have recieved an email receipt for my close out bill because it needed the manager, who is the one who agreed to give me breakfast for myself and family.
Also before I even arrived I had sent an email to ******* to change my checkout date from Nov. 29th to Nov.28th as my flight out was on Nov. 28th.
******* never replied, and I paid for a day I didn't even stay. Again I was told since I had booked through ******* the Hotel could not credit me for Nov.29th. I will not book through *******, nor stay at that Hotel again.1
