Room was amazing and hotel staff was great We also got free complimentary breakfast it was hot as well

I've stayed here multiple times, my favorite Austin-area place to stay. It's clean, pretty new, quiet and out of the way. If you know the local roads it gives good back-door access to the whole Austin metro area, letting you avoid I-35. It has a good gym and is located near a park that affords plenty of good walking, which is something I always do when I visit.

For our family, it was close to where we needed to be. It was relatively quiet…first night was Christmas and a few other guests were singing carols in another room- but we thought it was cute. Rest of the stay was so quiet. The lobby smells like paradise and staff was beyond courteous.

When I checked into the King Suite both the windows looked out to a roof top, with heating & colling vents, as well as a pile of dead grasshoppers. I went to the desk to request a room change. I was staying for 2 weeks, and didn't want that view. I was informedd by the Staff that because I booked my stay through *******, they could not move me. Then on the last Saturday of my stay there was an event being held in the event center, which was directly below my room. At 10:45pm I called down to the desk to complain about the loud music, and the base that literally vibrated through the mattress. At that point all the sudden they offered to change my room. I did not want tp repack my bags to change rooms at that hour. I requested ear plugs, which I was told they did not have. They offered me complimentary breakfast for the rest of my stay as compensation. When I went to check out they had billed me for breakfast on the 27th. I still have recieved an email receipt for my close out bill because it needed the manager, who is the one who agreed to give me breakfast for myself and family. Also before I even arrived I had sent an email to ******* to change my checkout date from Nov. 29th to Nov.28th as my flight out was on Nov. 28th. ******* never replied, and I paid for a day I didn't even stay. Again I was told since I had booked through ******* the Hotel could not credit me for Nov.29th. I will not book through *******, nor stay at that Hotel again.1

Great a convince location, safe area, plenty of parking. Front Desk staff was not helpful and welcoming. I was giving the wrong room.

It was a great nights stay after driving all day. Super friendly front desk staff!

Check in was easy and great. The hotel room was nice!!! Only issue was that the AC unit was making a loud “knocking” sound. I would have asked to have it fixed but we arrived late and had to leave early in AM. I let front staff know when we checked out.

Loved the hotel - clean, good location, great price, friendly staff, when they can be found. The only complaint is being understaffed. We didn't mind the lack of daily housecleaning but more than once we, and other guests, spent a considerable amount of time trying to locate staff at the front desk and front lobby. Beyond an inconvenience, it's a potential security issue as elevators are accessible without passing the front desk and do not require a room key to operate. When no employees are staffing the front desk or lobby, no one is monitoring access to the upper levels.

Very clean and up to date. Staff very friendly and helpful. Also lobby smells amazing.
