Poorest service ever. Slow front desk check-in. Many guests were waiting for more than an hour to get to room keys. No aircon in elevator And I was answered that they dont provide room cleaning or make-up service 😡, even I stay more than 1 night!!!! They just “support” to change the towel?!? What the hell is it called “support” here?

Out of town but that's ideal for some. Amazing brand new facilities, staff really friendly and much improved compared to previous sub-optimal reviews re: service. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into training staff. A great place to stay

Everyone should pay close attention when booking a room. I booked a room but couldn't find the room at the reception. They said that the apartment owners here rent out a lot, not the hotel, but they left the hotel's phone number, making my family and I struggle to call Trip International until 1am to get the room.
