Very nice hotel with good facilities, lots of pools, gym & places to grab drinks. Definitely a work in progress with not everything being open. Majority of staff did the bare minimum. Porters were the only ones going above what was expected & they were extremely helpful. Both breakfast & lunch buffet are overpriced for what they are- the food restaurants not part of the hotel outside however, are very good quality with huge portion sizes & much cheaper. Location is in the middle of nowhere but good if you don’t want to be visiting things & just want a family resort.

Reception closed early at 5pm. No coffee and tea. Smells of urine

It's really great! The overwhelming #1 in cost-effectiveness! I've been to many places, but this is definitely the #1 in cost-effectiveness!! I recommend it~~~~A real view restaurant

The hotel is beautiful, everything is good except parking, there are a lot of tourists so they have to park along the beach

It's a really good place for the price!!! However, it's too far from the city center, so if you want to go out of the city, you'll have to break the basic 300,000 won. It's hard to use the private restaurant in the hotel because there's no Korean. The staff are very friendly, and the security guards are especially kind. You can enjoy everything with just one night.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly. Located past the Hon Rom area, the beach is clean, there is an escalator or a shuttle bus when going to the beach because the building is located on a sand hill which is quite high and far if walking. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and will come back.

It was so good However, there is nothing around. There is a supermarket and two places, a pho restaurant and a restaurant. The swimming pool was the best I think I'll go again next time. I felt healed.

It is very frustrating when you cannot contact the hotel in an unfamiliar place and there are several hotel addresses when you enter them into Google. The waiting time after arriving at the hotel is also very long and the location is not very convenient.

Bad experience at M Continental by Mandala Mui Ne. Book 2 rooms through the hotel. Thought it was a private area but unexpectedly lived in a private apartment with individual customers. There is no private parking for the hotel. The entire complex is severely lacking in parking. Cars parked heavily, blocking the entrance and exit, spilling onto the road next to the beach. The parking lot is 1.4 km away, then wait for the transfer back. I don't know how much time it takes in a day to pick up a car like this. If left in the area around the complex, there will be fights and arguments over parking arrangements. The common area is very dirty because it's too crowded and there's no time to clean it. Breakfast: very few options. Electric vehicles: overloaded Guests are noisy and lose their dignity Staff: enthusiastic, but the system is chaotic and becomes a mess. Beach: has a water pipe that "supplies" a clear water-like solution straight to the sea. Perhaps they were afraid of running out of seawater so they provided more water-like solutions? Guests still bathe freely. Check out and wait a long time to check the room even though check out very early. Anyone who drives a personal vehicle should avoid this place

Electric cars are not enough to move around The room has a strong odor When there is a power outage, there is no generator for the room, only electricity in the hallway and the room does not have a fan to support the power outage if there is a generator. No apology or notification about the power outage When checking in, the reception hall does not have any welcome drinks. The room only has 2 small bottles of free mineral water, no tea or coffee. Far from the center Don't come back
