Reviews of Lotus Muine Resort & Spa

I was on vacation and it felt like I was at a giant construction site. The banging, drilling, and machinery were loud all day, the resort was under repair everywhere, I couldn't sleep. I don't understand how you guys can serve guests in such a torturous way.

I booked the room for March 21-22, but I only paid upon arrival. I asked the staff to wait a bit, and they were happy to oblige. I stayed in room 1412; the room was a little old, but the view was great, so it was acceptable. I will return. Disadvantage: I think the soundproofing wasn't very good. There were some elderly people who came home late after drinking and were making noise, and they were still making noise in the morning. (The picture below is one I took.)

The staff is unfriendly, especially at the counter. They always want cash. The breakfasts are average, but the grounds are nice. The grounds are beautiful and green, and the beach is average.

I arrived at the hotel at night. Check-in was smooth, but they took my passport with a prescription. The rooms are clean but dated. The TV is straight out of the 90s. The view is panoramic, as described in the hotel description. There's no soundproofing, so you can hear what's going on next door. The breakfast is very average. There's little choice and it's not very tasty. Cleaning is good every day. It turns out there was water in the fridge for a fee))) Upon checkout, they charged me even though it was just regular water, which is what they give me during cleaning. Overall, the room was very average. There's access to the beach, but very few sun loungers, and it's almost always occupied.

The service is good and it's clean, but there are a lot of lizards and geckos because of the weather. Facing the sea, it's quite pleasant to sit quietly on the balcony and listen to the sea breeze and waves.

This time I played with friends and I was very satisfied. The seaside resort price is good, the staff is friendly, and the location is very central. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Come again next time^_^

Отель хороший. Пляж относительно Муйне тоже хороший. Помните что отель находится в отдалении от самой курортной зоны, нужно будет арендовать байк или ездить на такси. Рядом есть пара кафешек и магазинчик

Отель убитый, персонал грубый особенно служба приема. Номера старые, мебель тоже. Хорошая территория. Завтраки на 3+

We liked the location and the traditional Vietnamese style of this resort. The breakfast quality is similar to 5 star hotels in Vietnam, food is fresh, both Vietnamese and international. Obviously by the sea. If you don’t wanna walk across the road book the ocean side room. Otherwise the hillside is fine too, nice garden there and another pool. But yeah you will have to cross the road, which is not too busy though. Hotel is a bit old, but well maintained and clean. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

Know nothing about resort, but it was one of the worst massage in Vietnam that I had. Even though it was the most expensive in Mui ne. No any customer focus - collected a bunch of customers and led them into big common room. Thanks there are curtains there, but no privacy at all - you can see others, they can see you while you're passing to your massage couch. And of course you hear all the sounds of all the customers being massaged around you. No hygiene as well. They don't wash your feet and even don't wash their hands after body massage - they do face/head massage right after feed/legs/body with that hands. Finally the massage was bad as well. Even though it can be difficult to please everyone, but for me it was either too strong or too weak. My wife also didn't like at all

The worst hotel I've ever been to! Russians aren't welcome here. Let's start with the fact that it's located on the outskirts in the dark, the nearest shops and cafes are at least 2-3 km away. Breakfasts are mostly a la carte, there was a buffet on weekends only when locals arrived and a couple of days after, and the food was more suitable for locals. The female waitresses tried to save on food when it was on the menu, they didn't give everything that was supposed to be there, they said something like it was over. Only the male waiter was the best there, he heard requests for food and brought coconuts to the pool several times. Mattresses are given out once just for you and then you take them to the sea or to the pool. The pool was poorly cleaned. At the reception they mostly speak only Vietnamese. They don't know Russian at all. There was a half-broken umbrella in the room. Strong waves. Something was constantly burning on the beach and there was a stench. They were building additional buildings near the pool, noise from morning till night and dust... they also take away your passports and when you fly out and there is no time to clarify, they start to rip you off for money. We paid 100,000 for water that was already given out for free every day. Like we put it in the refrigerator, they said. And they won't give you your passports back until you give them money! In short, I won't set foot in Vietnam again! The experience is ruined!
