Unclean , unprofessional staff and worst bath rooms , small pool and damp washrooms ACs not working Charges 15300 for 3 room bungalow, total wastage and exorbitant with Poor facilities Lawns are not maintained , even washrooms Are without tissue papers and approach road is very very narrow and far far from beach Please have a look of property and then only pay, u will not like it We repented by paying in advance which was non refundable

Property was pleasant, staff were very helpful and decent. The food was delicious. Room are neat and clean. Overall experience was nice. tranquillity and relaxation The nice view rooms, garden and private beach add to the charm of the property.

superb stay with owner mr sachin goyal taking full care of our needs. nice location, friendly staff, good good and atmosphere overall was very nice, clean rooms, shall visit again and very close to the beach

Everything was good till you follow there timelines if you miss it you will not get food also you need to checkout on time. also the property was far from beach and very small roads to reach there. very small swimming pool and that to a common one so you will be share it with other guests.

Worst resort i have ever seen, rude staff, stinky n unhygienic rooms. We booked villa but its not worth for money, you can find dust, cobwebs, spiders everywhere in room. Linen towels torn, pillow stinking. No one in security gate. Room windows doesn't lock properly, pool is so dirty. After complaint also no one come to rectify, very rude n unprofessional staff. As we booked online for two nights, we wanted to check out n want to cancel the next day booking...but they are not ready for refund n we didnt received anty help from goibio side also. They spoiled our holiday n money too. Food is just worst, we found rats in there kitchen playing.after that we didnt ordered anything from there kitchen. WORST RESORT WITH RUDE STAFF

Experience was ordinary, room quality poor, hospitality by staff was bad, location to resort not convenient. Only saving grace was food which was of good quality and value for money. Reception executive pathetic in behaviour. Charged 1000/- extra per kid without any addon in room just to cover occupancy & breakfast.
