I stayed at the hotel for two nights – the first before my excursion to Cheow Lan Lake and the second upon my return. I booked the tour through the hotel, but I wasn't too impressed with it. The hostel should really reconsider the tour company they work with because the overnight accommodation during the excursion was in a shared 8-person hut on the water 😂. I would have preferred to just do a one-day trip. Booking transfers at the hotel also isn't cost-effective; the prices are inflated. However, the accommodation itself was comfortable.

Very basic dorm room but does the job for a budget backpacker, and in a good location on the main street. Comfy bed but pillows quite hard, no curtains on the beds.

Good location. Friendly staff. Also good hot water and toilets (en-suite) They have a restaurant downstairs. Good food close by. Also a small water dispenser in room. No curtains in bed (the only slight downside)

One bathroom in dorm, two downstairs. Lots of small animals around but very comfy beds and good wifi. Helpful and nice staff

amazing hostel! the staff is super nice and helped me book both activities to do during my stay and to arrange a taxi to my next destination. would recommend!

The owners are really nice and sweet helped me booking tours for good price the hostel also had so much friendly people. They have also a restaurant with good food and good prices. The toilet is not the best as the shower is just nearby the toilet but it's clean and there is hot water and the owner is very helpful and kind regarding any question or complain. Would definitely recommend it
