The Camper Lodge, Khao Sok

The hotel has an incredible view, the dinner and lunch are really nice, but the service with the transfers and the tours are really bad. They dont try to help you at all, for example we contacted the hotel when we checked out, if it was possible to leave as at the city in Khao Sok (since they have free transfers to the city), and just because it was one hour earlier than the time they have scheduled, they wanted us to pay 500 bahts😂. Just to make you know that if you wanna stay here.

Stunning surroundings! You can hear the monkeys in the morning around the cliffs. The staff was attentive and friendly. I recommend booking a room with a hammock on the top.

Just a great hotel in a fabulous location and with all the amenities. Delicious inexpensive dinner right on site and excellent breakfast in the morning.

The location is great and scenery is amazing. The service is good and the cleaning staff attentive. The bathroom however was so terribly smelly when we checked in and that odor made the rest of the room smell foul. It was not something fixable with cleaning as the smell was clearly coming from the pipes. The front desk was helpful in organizing tours. Would stay again but would consider a different room type.

What an absolutely amazing accommodation! The scenery that surrounds the place is breathtaking and really gives you the feeling of being away from the world. The staff are so kind and attentive, nothing was ever too much for them (even sorting getting our bags to us when we had last minute changes to travel plans). They also helped us arrange some tours and travel arrangements easily, which really helped us unwind after a long journey to the accommodation. Having a breakfast watching the monkeys swing from the treetops really made the stay that extra bit special, plus the food was delicious! Rooms had a lovely rustic feeling with everything you’d need for a comfortable couple of days (or longer). As a heads up the beds are firm but I didn’t mind at all! Highly recommend to anyone for a unique experience which really captivates Khao Sok as soon as you get there.
