Overall, we booked for 4 days but only stayed for one, not because of the hotel but because of the sea, as it was always low tide there. We moved to another beach, Long Beach, which is simply excellent. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the beach, amidst numerous stalls, shops, and bars. We had 4 rooms in total; generally, the rooms were clean, towels were clean, and toiletries like shampoo and shower gel were provided. The balconies were clean with ashtrays, and the bedding was good, spotless and clean. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The pool was also clean and cool. We stayed in mid-March. The hotel is well-located, not far from the pier; we walked there easily with our suitcases and even stopped at a 7/12 (convenience store) along the way, as it's right next to the hotel.

A wonderful cozy hotel, clean pool, good housekeeping, excellent location, friendly staff. Check-out is at 11 a.m. Of course, I wish late check-out were cheaper, since 300 baht per hour is expensive. We stayed in a deluxe room, so everything was great for us.

Amazing Hotel price value, nice workers and rooms are good all you need for a beautiful stay on the Island. Had a lot of mosquitos in the room one night because we accidentally left the door open at dawn but that was our fault. Great place on one of the best Islands in the world!

Very good for the price, excellent location, quiet at night, even though u are in the middle of everything! Just a short walk from the pier, very convenient!

A large room with a spacious bathroom, cold air conditioning, and a strong hot water shower. A kettle, coffee, and complimentary water were also provided. The hotel has a pool, although I didn’t have time to use it. The location is right in the centre of Tonsai, making it convenient for everything while still being quiet enough in the evenings. This visit the internet was working fast and strong :)

Love this place, the staff are great people, the place is ideal for anyone travelling to phi phi, cheap and cheerful, good rooms, good staff, friendly atmosphere, very close to the pier and all of the good things.

We had a short stay with them but it was still a good experience. We enjoyed the both pools all to ourselves. Overall, the stay was great. 🫶

I stayed here during my trip to Koh Phi Phi, and first off, the location is unbeatable! It's super convenient to get anywhere, and even though the facilities are a bit old, they were clean. Any issues I had were quickly addressed, and they provided all the services you'd expect, like cleaning and luggage storage. Given that accommodations on Koh Phi Phi are generally a bit older, I went in with that expectation and was very satisfied overall! I'd love to stay here again on my next trip. Had a great stay!

This hotel is quite clean, but there's a damp, musty smell. A bit of ventilation makes it acceptable, though. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. It's very close to Tonsai Pier, about a five-minute walk. They'll let you check in early if a room is available, and you can also store your luggage. Plus, they didn't ask for a deposit, which was nice. Getting to the main street is super easy. I'd consider staying here again next time.

The pool is excellent. The hotel itself is generally quiet, though there can be a bit of noise from the corridor. The room only had a kettle, which turned out to be broken – a huge drawback. There were mosquitoes flying around the room even though I didn't open the window. The hotel is right in the center of the island. Check-out is at 11 AM, and you can only leave your luggage literally outside by the reception, which isn't very secure and I found quite upsetting.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff are good. Pool was excellent ..Rooms were clean and spacious. We are only disappointed with the amenities they provided.

JJ residence hotel located in phi phi island close to ton sai pier

This place wa perfect for us for our one night stopping in phi phi. The pool is more of a dip pool but the apartment opened straight out into it which was wonderful. The bed was big but the amenities are basic - this is fine on phi phi as there’s lots to go out and see and do anyway so you’re not really in the hotel. The bathroom was a little unclean but the room itself was perfectly clean and tidy. Generally very good value for money. It’s a 5 min walk from the port which makes it super easy and beaches are 5 min walk in either direction - lots of places to eat and drink in the area as it’s in the center of the town.
