After traveling in Thailand for over 20 days, this was by far the worst hotel I stayed in. The front desk staff's attitude changed in an instant. The person checking in before me was a white individual, and she was speaking softly and smiling. But when it was my turn, her demeanor immediately shifted; her voice became sharp, her English sped up, and her smile vanished. I was shocked by how quickly her attitude changed. They assigned me a room on the first floor near the entrance, which was incredibly noisy. People were constantly opening and closing doors to enter the hotel in the middle of the night. When I asked to change rooms, she curtly told me there were none available. The hotel photos online looked clean, but upon entering, I found hair on the bed and yellow stains all over the drinking glasses. I barely slept a wink. Check-out was at 11 AM the next day, but I left at 8 AM. The cleaning lady also had a face that looked like someone owed her millions. Honestly, if you don't want to work in the service industry, you should just stay home. Giving guests such an attitude is incredibly unprofessional and disgusting. Seriously, avoid this hotel. The experience was absolutely terrible. Don't stay here. My whole experience on Koh Phi Phi was disappointing; I'd be cautious about visiting the island again!
