The hotel is good, but it's located on a hill, so be aware that you'll have to climb stairs.

air conditioner is weak, so if you turn off it, it’s gonna be hot within 20-30 minutes, choice for breakfast is very limited. id prefer to add more fruits. reception offered us 3hours trip to nearest island, so we asked the possibility before check out, they said only at 12:00, we didn’t wanna to wait 1 hour after check out, because its very hot. after 10 minutes lady from reception arrived and told that there would be a boat within 15 minutes, so we had to check out earlier in a hurry for a trip. when i came to pay, she said that extra fee for maya bay would be charged - 400batt for person. what? she said just before this trip? so you have to pay 1800batt for trip and 800 for fee? couldn’t you tell us before??? so it looked like i was fooled. she showed me a booklet with price, but there was no info about how much we should extra pay. very disappointed with their service. I DONT RECOMMEND IT.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great views from the top, especially at breakfast. Peacefulness. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. The location isn’t very convenient though as it’s at the far end of Long Beach and there’s a lot of stairs to climb to go up and down. It’s a nice and quiet beach but there aren’t many options for restaurants and only 1 bar. Getting a taxi boat is always not easy so you need to trek an hour to go to town.

It's fine for a couple of days. But we didn't like Phi Phi itself. We went for relaxation and a beautiful sea, but instead, it was overcrowded, the sea wasn't very clean, and there was constant noise from motorboats. The hotel rooms were tired, and we saw cockroaches. Breakfast from the restaurant had a beautiful view, and the selection was limited, but everything was sufficient and delicious. If you want to arrange a transfer upon arrival, contact the hotel directly via WhatsApp, as the TripCom chat was lengthy and unproductive.

A wonderful place for a secluded family vacation, with a beautiful beach within walking distance, stunning views from the bungalow, and delicious breakfasts. Special thanks to the staff for the free shuttle from the pier to the hotel and back, and for the welcome with chilled towels and juice. A special request to the hotel for a mosquito coil on the bungalow terrace. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.

This is my third time staying at HIP. The price was significantly higher this peak season, but the experience was as good as ever. I especially love the sea view and location from the window. Although there are long stairs to climb each way, it's worth it. The breakfast is also very good, and you can see many fish while snorkeling on the beach downstairs. I'll definitely come back next time. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a stunning location, far from the village and ideal for those seeking tranquility. The view is enchanting. There are 150 steps to reach it from the beach, but they're a welcome change. The only downside is the lack of daily housekeeping, at least for the two days we stayed.

But WHY DID NOBODY WRITE ABOUT THE 135 STEPS UP THE MOUNTAIN??? TO GET TO THE HOTEL YOU NEED TO BE IN GOOD PHYSICAL FITNESS :) But everything else is very good!!! Will we return to this hotel again? No.
