We spent 2 nights here. The location is outside the main tourist area, in a place where locals live. Be prepared for motorbikes and cars whizzing past you as you walk to and from the hotel. The entire neighborhood is littered with piles of trash, and there are chickens, cats, and dogs running around. There are no sidewalks. The hotel itself consists of small, quite dilapidated summer bungalows. Everything is very old. Please note: there's no TV, no kettle, no hairdryer, and not even a fridge! Forget about cold drinks in your room. The approach to the bungalow is via a steep staircase with high steps. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable; the springs dug into our bodies, and we left with sore backs. On the plus side, the air conditioning worked fine, there was hot water, and the staff were friendly. Considering we paid 84 euros for 2 nights, you can decide for yourselves if it's worth it. I would never come back here, not even for 20 euros! Providing basic amenities isn't expensive, but the hotel management clearly thinks otherwise.
