Overall, it was pretty good, but I was surprised there was no mosquito repellent – I got bitten every night and couldn't sleep well. The beach is peaceful, and it offers good value for money. There are many restaurants right outside. Service: Good ✅

The resort is really a good place to stay and that's why we enjoyed it to the fullest. Their breakfast was an American buffet and it was good. They also took care of my vegetarian and dietary requirements, so the food was enjoyable. Amenities were good too, including the swimming pool, garden, a library and there were different cafes and restaurants where one could enjoy a meal when hungry. You could rent a kayak as well for 300 baht for two hours, which I found a bit unreasonable. The beach outside the resort was really good. Cleaning was not up to the mark as the cleaning staff would leave the used tissues and tea bags as it is on the table if they were not thrown into the basket already. I am not proud of saying that I did not throw them, but if I forgot somehow I would find them in the same place, which was annoying. Anyway, overall it was a great experience.

Disappointing Stay and Very Poor Customer Service Booked superior Booked a Superior Mountain View Bungalow for over 4,000 baht per night, but the listing failed to mention it requires climbing three long, steep flights of stairs halfway up the mountain, making it very inconvenient and isolating. When we asked to move rooms after struggling with the stairs, the hotel moved us to the cheapest standard room (half the price) with no price adjustment. They also refused to move us to a Superior room on the same level unless we paid an extra £800 per night, even though we had already paid for a Superior category room. Very disappointing customer service. We ended up checking out a day early.

The hotel is good. Breakfast has a lot of choices, furniture in the rooms is not so new but it’s clean. The hotel is located right near the sea but the beach is not so clean so not so much people swim there. The location of hotel is not so convenient if you come to the pier of phi phi island after 4 pm you need to get the private boat to get the hotel which costs 2000 batt it’s not crazy expensive but anyway.

Don't book the large ferry. Getting to and from Phi Phi North requires a transfer at Tonsai, which is a major hassle and a waste of time. The speedboats don't look too small, so the ride should be manageable. So, try to avoid taking the big ferry to Phi Phi North; it's very inconvenient.

The resort is nice, I stayed in a villa room. However, it's not a standalone villa; instead, a single villa is split into two rooms. There's a wooden door in between them, and the beds are facing each other with just a thin wooden board separating them. You can hear everything from next door without them even speaking loudly. So, aside from the absolutely terrible soundproofing, everything else was actually pretty good.

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! Hotel offers a wide variety of services and the section of the island is also surrounded by long boats for tours or getting to different areas on the island. Definitely attend the Cabaret show, it’s well worth the watch 😆!

Given its island location, it's understandable that the wooden furnishings were a bit dated. On the first night, I was surprised to find no toothbrushes in the room, luckily I'd brought my own. The bathroom had a slight odor. However, the service was excellent! They upgraded my room, and stepping out, I was greeted by the ocean – truly beautiful.
