Very nice property, right on the beach. Polite staff, right from check in , to the moment we reached reception for check out. Then one pathetic experience with the lady who did our check out formalities over just a bottle of water. Wasn't about paying for it but the way it was communicated ie ' you won't get it because you've checked out now ' WOW. Beware of this rude lady Otherwise , awesome property,

Moved here from the nearby Natural resort as there were mice there. As a result, we did not regret it, the staff was much friendlier, the hotel territory is cleaned, there were no problems with animals and insects in the room.

Hot water is slow but the location is extremely well, very silent, stuff is great and Thai noodles breakfast taste very good! Can book speedboat from hotels to various locations.

Amazing location, only meters from the beach at any time. Food and staff are amazing.

It takes about 20 minutes by Andaman speedboat from Tonsai Pier. It is convenient to get off the boat and arrive at the resort right away. Breakfast is included and overall, I am satisfied.

The room we booked has a good orientation, is close to the exit, and is relatively clean. I am very satisfied with the price.

The northern part of Phi Phi Island is really comfortable and feels like a vacation. There are few people and it is very comfortable. I feel that this hotel and the holiday next to it have similar feeling. The stay is very convenient. However, the time this time is too short. I will definitely stay longer next time if I want to book. When going to sea, you can book a boat on holiday. There are more types of boats there and more choices. I think the two hotels are similar. The breakfast in Erawan is also very good and the stay is comfortable. We did not turn on the air conditioning for two nights and kept the gauze curtains open. I slept very comfortably with the sea breeze blowing from the door. Some people said that the hotel is old. I feel that there is no problem. The sanitation is very clean and the facilities are well maintained. The experience is very good and it feels like a vacation. Recommended. There are only four hotels on the north side of Phi Phi Island. This one is facing Lam Thong Pier, and the back door of the hotel is right after getting off the boat. The price is affordable for me. The superior room has an extra bed for free and the room is large enough. It was particularly fun to catch the sea at the door. There were various fish and crabs in the shoals and coral jungles of one to two hundred meters. I stayed in the sea three times in three days. Be careful not to touch the various animals in the coral.

It's OK. There is a beach right in front of the hotel. I had a lot of fun. The only downside is that there are no restaurants around the hotel. It's not as lively as the other side of Phi Phi Island. I can only rest in the hotel after dark.

Very disappointed. Old hotel; dirty room there were hairs on our sheets The mattress was hard as a rock. When we arrived, there was no hot water, so we called reception so that they could intervene. Our room overlooked the garden where there was a pond, so there were a lot of mosquitoes but nothing had been put in place to avoid them in the room (prized or product) The hotel is quite out of the way to go to Koh Phi Phi Don you will have to take a taxi boat. So we ate at the restaurant which was average. The exteriors of the hotel are neglected and not maintained. The surroundings of the swimming pool are dirty. The only positive point is the calm, a little too quiet even for us. I also do not advise you to book an excursion through them, they made a mistake in the excursion that I requested and depending on who had you shift night or day the prices are not the same. Very disappointed with this hotel which nevertheless has a fairly expensive price for one night because it is supposedly a resort.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend at this hotel. The bungalow is clean, spacious, beautiful view of the island. There are several beaches nearby, the nature is amazing. The staff is friendly and nice.

The hotel waiter picks you up from the pier, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the hotel service is attentive. It's just that the air conditioner is noisy. I rented a long tail boat No. 6 and went out on the water and had a lot of fun.
