Front desk service was welcoming and accommodating. We were worried we might not make it to the checkin deadline. But the receptionist noted our situation and made sure we were able to have a room. The receptionist was informative on what the Inn offer such as breakfast and events.

The staff were very friendly from check-in to check-out. The building may seem old, but I had no problems staying there. They cleaned the house daily, and the breakfast was simple, with boiled eggs and a variety of breads. It was also nice to have a Petco nearby. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Philly.

I was only here to stay the night and leave the next morning. The room was a bit small, but it was nice and cozy. The room was clean, and the bathroom was fine. I stayed on the 6th floor but was still able to hear some noise from outside, but it was the night before Halloween. I was still able to fall asleep. There are no complementary water bottles, but they do have a water dispenser and paper cups for us to use, so it was fine. There is also a convenient store right across the street. I had the complementary breakfast the next morning, and it was fine. I enjoyed a boiled egg, a pastry, a Chobani yogurt, and a hot cup of coffee. What stood out to me was the staff. From greeting me, checking me in, to helping me check out, they were both very friendly and professional.

TV in room was grainy, not a good picture. Social hour could use cocktail choices. Overall a decent experience for first time in Philly. Loved the neighborhood!!
