It is in a great and central location--if that is all that matters, it deserves a stay. The breakfast was standard--you'll get all the basics here and it is basic but good. The rooms are a little less than updated, with small TVs far from the bed. Good bathrooms and water though! Overall I'd give it a 6-7/10.

Front desk service was welcoming and accommodating. We were worried we might not make it to the checkin deadline. But the receptionist noted our situation and made sure we were able to have a room. The receptionist was informative on what the Inn offer such as breakfast and events.

We were delighted to stay at this hotel. The decor had a very historical atmosphere, and there was a social event every afternoon at 5 pm where we could drink red and white wine, enjoy cheese, and more. The breakfast was also quite good. More importantly, there was a water dispenser and ice machine on the first floor so we could always get our water. I felt that everything about staying here was wonderful! The location was also convenient, being close to bus stops and easy to reach popular tourist attractions.

The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from the City Hall and not far from Independence Palace. Happy Hour is from 5 to 7 pm with drinks, snacks, and fruit. The TV is a bit small, but it doesn't have much of an impact.

The staff were very friendly from check-in to check-out. The building may seem old, but I had no problems staying there. They cleaned the house daily, and the breakfast was simple, with boiled eggs and a variety of breads. It was also nice to have a Petco nearby. I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Philly.
