If you are visiting a student at UPENN or Drexel, the location of the hotel cannot be beat. About 10 mins walking to pretty much anywhere on Penns campus. The issue is with the busy times like move ins. The staff is trying but maybe they are understaffed? House keeping could not keep up...but other than that... It's great.

Stayed two consecutive nights and no one came to clean the room – first time I've ever encountered that. It's located on the UPenn campus, and parking costs extra. If I wasn't here for UPenn, I definitely wouldn't stay at this hotel.

Only good thing about the hotel was the location. Facility was okay, breakfast spread was nothing really worth, customer service was below par with the lady at the reception was not at all helpful. Her response was such that she wasnt interested in even hearing any feedback

Located right on campus, it's incredibly convenient. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel boasts a clean and modern design, and the rooms are comfortable and inviting. The showers are spacious with ample water pressure. The complimentary morning coffee was fragrant and delicious, and the hospitality was exceptional.
