There is no kettle and coffee, tea bag. Overpriced hotel. The food of the coop restaurant is not good.

Only good thing about the hotel was the location. Facility was okay, breakfast spread was nothing really worth, customer service was below par with the lady at the reception was not at all helpful. Her response was such that she wasnt interested in even hearing any feedback

The hotel room is small and the facilities are average, close to the level of domestic express hotels. The price is inflated

The room facilities are simple, especially the bathroom, which is standard for domestic Home Inns and charges 4 stars.

The location is excellent and very close to UPENN school. Food is rich and tastes good

The room is of medium size and has a good view from the upper floors. It is mainly located in a university town. It is convenient, safe and easy to walk. There are several restaurants near the hotel that are quite cost-effective, and there is also a good Cantonese restaurant nearby.

The newest hotel in the University City, with new facilities but small rooms, and good service (we sent a refrigerator in, although we didn't bring it with us, but it was delivered quickly when we asked for it). There is streetparking nearby which is very convenient. In the middle of upenn campus.
