Excellent stay at the Double Tree Hotel. Just stayed for one night and paid a little more to have a room on the 23rd floor. Had a beautiful view of City Hall. Parking was self park and $38 in the garage next door. However a nice perk is you get parking privileges until 11:59pm on the day of check out. So if you have a few more hours to explore Philly you can just leave your car in the garage. Room was very clean, bright and the staff were friendly. King size bed was comfortable. Overall very satisfied

Good service, terrific location, and reasonable breakfast. Love here! I will revisit here next time. However, I chose this hotel for swimming pool, and the pool was too small and shallow, and water was cold. I guess it was only for kids.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member I was not welcomed because I booked my stay from Trip.com. The front desk staff was not courteous at all. The body wash was empty in my room.

The hotel is located in the city center, with a good location. You can see the City Hall building when you go out, and the concert hall is opposite. I didn't dare to go out at night, so I just sat in the lobby and watched the hustle and bustle of people. The hygiene of foreign hotels is OK, but the facilities and services are still far behind those of domestic hotels of the same level.

It was a very clean hotel. The subway is very close by, so it's very convenient. Also, if you go straight north, you'll find the city hall, so you won't get lost. The gym has dumbbells of about 35 kg. The receptionists, floor staff, and housekeepers were also very friendly, which left a good impression. There was also welcome water and cookies.

The hotel is a bit old, the front desk staff is cold, it is far worse than the Sheraton in Binda

It was just OK, nothing special. The free wifi in the room often failed to connect, because the blue card with the network password was lost. On the third day, I asked the front desk for the wifi password, but they said there was no free wifi. When I asked for the card again, they gave me another white card, which was charged. Opposite is the Opera House, which is very convenient for watching performances. You can walk to the city hall. There is your own parking building for parking. Once you register your room card, you can come and go freely. The fee is 50 knives per day.

The hotel is in the urban area, so traveling is very convenient. You can park in the parking lot at the back door of the hotel. The center of Philadelphia is not big, so it is convenient for exploring the city scenery.
