The service was incredibly friendly and responsive; they really went above and beyond, almost like guardian angels. The facilities were very clean too. The only downside was how noisy the bathroom exhaust fan was – it was quite loud inside the bathroom, though I couldn't really hear it from the bed. The location is great, right next to a bridge and pier with lovely views, and it's super convenient for getting to attractions in the old town.

The location is a little far away from Philly downtown and is located next to the freeway which will have noise during your sleep. Free breakfast is a plus but isn't anything fancy. Bed is comfortable and service was decent.
