Breathtaking! Unparalleled window view, location, decoration, friendly staff, clean room with whole-set gears! Pool, public areas… all lovely. Cleaning ladies come in 7 days, and you need your own toothbrush and slippers. Recommend!

I had a positive experience here and found the other positive reviews to be valid. It was a well maintained property. New, clean appliances. All hotels have water saving faucets and shower heads, as does roost. That's the only negative I can speak of because I prefer stronger flow but I understand people are wasteful when staying in hotels. I'm glad I chose roost. It was worth the slightly higher price to have a separate bedroom and a full functional kitchen.

Beautiful unit with a very comfortable bed. Nice view. You can hear traffic at night, but in a way that did not keep me up, even though I am a light sleeper. internal soundproofing was amazing. You did not hear other guests.

This is a fantastic place to stay in a great neighborhood. There’s easy parking on the same street. The staff is welcoming and professional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because our room needed a few repairs. The cord for one of the blinds in the bedroom window was broken, so the shade was permanently down. Also, one door on the bathroom vanity mirror had been ripped off. There were still 2 other mirrors, but it just looked unfinished bc you could still see the hinges.

I’m afraid to leave a good review because this hotel is so amazing. I don’t want it to get too popular otherwise I might not be able to get a room next time but the truth is it’s a great place wonderful experience. I love it so much. I stay there every time I’m in town.

The hotel was super close to the venue I was here for, and the front desk was always super friendly; both Jah and Frank went out of their way to be super helpful, and recommended some great restaurants in the area

Amazing Stay Roost East is in a good location - Center City. I love the layout of the apartment - so spacious, stylish, and a great view of the pool and street. The amenities in the hotel is great and I have made use of the swimming pool and the gym and lounge. Highly recommend this place over a convention hotel room- has washer/dryer, fridge, stovetop, and bowls and utentils
