I would not stay here again. Lots of extra fees for a mediocre hotel. Very tacky that they had bottled water in the room with signs that stated “$10” on them.

It was a great stay ! Friendly staff, cozy, clean room, welcome wine happy hour, fabulous roof tip bar and fantastic roof top bar. Perfect getaway !

Check In was so quick and easy. Thank you Joey for all your help. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. We had brunch at the Red Owl Tavern and it was fantastic. Great and delicious food!! Overall, the Kimpton is a wonderful place with excellent staff.

From check in to check out everything about this property is fabulous. The lobby is grande, the staff is very friendly and you can tell well trained based on how efficient they are. We loved the wine reception each evening. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. I will come back to Philadelphia just to stay at this hotel again.

Great location, beautiful hotel in need of improvements and upgrades. Carpets are worn, dents in walls, tears in wallpaper. Such a shame for a hotel that was decorated so well originally.

What a great location and beautiful hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was much quieter than expected. Ask for a room with a view of Independence Hall. Only minor improvement would be the shower curtain was too short, and allowed water to spray out of the shower, making the floor dangerously slippery. This is an easy fix by the hotel for sure. Would definitely stay at the Monaco again! Oh and the complimentary coffee and tea bar in the morning is lovely and was such a highlight of the stay! Thank you!

I have stayed here twice before and had great experiences. It’s been 4 years since our last stay and the overall feel now was a little dated. The carpets were clean, but worn down and one of my bath towels had a noticeable stain.
