房間很新，酒店位置是非常優秀的在市中心。不論是去city hall 還是去吃飯都很近。 房間按金一天75刀， 雨傘按金25刀. 早餐建議在checkin的時候加，會有coupon

垃圾酒店，連個像樣的門面都沒有，是個矮樓，視野也很差；隔音特別差，半夜隔壁大聲説話到凌晨兩點，給前台打電話一個小時都沒人上來解決，最後我親自下樓去找她才好不容易叫保安上來，然而最後也沒能解決。前台態度也很差，不承認錯誤反而是推鍋給保安，沒有道歉也沒有補償。裝修像***如家。就這還要1700？

我們是晚上10點到的， 到了之後發現停車場滿了。酒店給了我們個list，讓我們去其他地方停車。結果上面停車場和其他家酒店合作停不了，酒店停車場的人就讓我們自己想辦法。大晚上的在外面耗這麼久，真的心情不太好

The good: very pretty and modern. Excellent location too, great rates too except see below. Front desk staff were some of the nicest people ever and so were the two security guys at the front entry.
The bad; parking fees were insane
Getting the room cleaned was nearly impossible, one day it wasn't serviced at all despite requesting it. Other times there weren't clean washcloths left for us, nor a new TP roll. Wastebasket kept moving from the toilet room to shower area. (Also the toilet and rest of bathroom being separated was awkward and weird) Another day when service was requested I asked for new sheets because I spilled coffee on the nightstand and my bed. They weren't changed and the TV remote was still drowning in the coffee puddle. Unpleasant stuff to find when returning at 10pm. I also asked to have the room mopped and the small carpeted area vacuumed because I don't think it was done before we checked in. They finally did it on our last night lol!
I'll stay here again anyway because all in all it was great.

Great place, good helpful staff, but carpet runner by the bed was slightly stained. Dine out, the food at the hotel is mediocre.
