"The service was incredibly friendly and responsive; they really went above and beyond, almost like guardian angels. The facilities were very clean too. The only downside was how noisy the bathroom exhaust fan was – it was quite loud inside the bathroom, though I couldn't really hear it from the bed. The location is great, right next to a bridge and pier with lovely views, and it's super convenient for getting to attractions in the old town."

"The newest hotel in the University City, with new facilities but small rooms, and good service (we sent a refrigerator in, although we didn't bring it with us, but it was delivered quickly when we asked for it). There is streetparking nearby which is very convenient. In the middle of upenn campus."

"Very good accommodation experience! Located in the city center, you can visit the Independence Bell, Independence Hall, and the Capitol within a few minutes' walk. The room is clean, and you can change and remove the bedding by yourself, which is both clean and labor-saving. There are limited free drinks or beverages every night, and everyone can drink and communicate, and the atmosphere is very good. The public toilets and showers are very clean and comfortable. Recommend friends to stay."

"First, there were two obvious stains on the quilt, which was a bit scared when I wanted to lie down. The carpet in the room was obviously not cleaned and there was a lot of light dust and garbage because of the dark blue background. Secondly, there is no bottled water in the room. The whole hotel does not have a water dispenser to fill the water. The only source of drinking water is a vending machine. Because the hotel is quite close to the main road, the sound of traffic passing by on the road will be particularly easy to pass to the room. The counter staff was very polite and very careful when assisting with luggage storage after check-out. In addition to the stains on the quilt of the Kangkang wall, other places are relatively clean."

"The location of the hotel is very good. It is surrounded by historical and cultural attractions and former residences of celebrities in Philadelphia. It is a ten-minute walk from Chinatown. It is very convenient to eat Chinese food. There are many large shopping malls around. The factory stores of Nike and Columbia are worth visiting. The hotel rooms are large and the service is good , Anyway, I personally feel pretty good."

"Nice sized apartments with good kitchen facilities. The bathroom was nice and clean. Good sized double bed and sofa-bed. The only downside was the noise from the neighbours, the rooms are not very sound-proof, the neighbour upstairs when flushing toilet was very noisy can wake you up."

"For the price it was ok. Valet was easy and super quick. The hallway to our room was dated & smelled either musty or like cigarettes. Even my kids noticed it. Room was clean, in need of updating. Floors were new, but that's it. The room was super loud. We stayed on the 6th floor with a balcony and we heard motorcyles or those loud bikes they race around now ALL NIGHT LONG and we had a sound machine on! I would suggest maybe an inside room, not one towards the street. But again, for the price & how quick we were there it was ok. Next time, I would spend alittle more for a nicer hotel/room."

"The hotel has a rule of not cleaning, but the response is slow after the cleaning request is made. The sheets are not clean enough when checking in. Other aspects are good, especially the scenery. Compared with the hotel in the city, it is more convenient to travel if you are good at using the surrounding buses. Several bus stops are within walking distance, of course, the bus should check the arrival time to avoid waiting too long"
