Beautiful cozy rooms. Kitchen available to order on the rooftop (15th floor). Pool with cool water refreshing at these hell hot days. Pool begins to work a bit late after noticed 9:00, no staff at the morning pool (no one may help you to expand an umbrella, it need special tool) and no bar works morning time (but I could order a coffee with a phone call to reception).
Air condition in the room blows right on the bed at any position and I could not turn it off for all the night due it become incredibly hot inside. So waken up several times at night to switch it on and off.
Hotel towels are cheap and the bathrobe I did not want to wear.
But the shower and water pressure is good, very hot water available. I enjoyed!
No European cafe around the hotel. You have to walk to get some.

Good breakfast, clean room, price adequate to the quality. Very good internet connection. The view of the city from the bar is impressive. Swimming pool clean.

Had a pretty good stay, definitely recommend a rooftop bar, even though the swimming pool water was freezing, but the food options were simply great. The service was excellent, by the way.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff, spacious and stylish rooms and a great pool. I especially enjoyed the smell of bedding and towels, even asked what kind of softener they use ;))) the breakfast is also very good even though not the rooftop still with a view on a lively street.

Its my 2nd time in Phnom Penh after 10years. The hotel is at a good location & front desk were friendly. Rooms are big & clean, aircon was in good condition. But the towels are a bit worn out and surely need to be replace with new quality towels. Breakfast was average. Overall would recommend to friends to stay here.

I booked this hotel last minute and it was definitely worth the price. It was clean and the internet was ok enough to support a zoom meeting, with occasional glitches.
I am a walker and the location was a little heavy on the traffic and light on sidewalk, but the royal palace is close enough to get there on foot.
The cons were that there is only one elevator for 14 floors. Also, while many of the staff were great, I felt some were a bit "cold" compared to other hotels in the city and county.
