This is my best stay in Cambodia. I liked that there were real flowers in the room. They make it easier to breathe. The soundproofing is also very well done. I can't hear my neighbors. Overall, it's a quiet area. Yes, it's far from the city center, but I was more interested in the large malls that were close to me. There is a swimming pool with hot and cold water on the roof. You can also drink alcoholic beverages and work out in the gym there. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The kitchen has a stove, but no pots. It's convenient that there is good tableware. I thought the extractor fan was a little weak. Maybe it's time to clean it.

I had a good stay overall for a fair price, but don't expect luxury. I liked the well-maintained room, the gym and the rooftop pool. However, the hotel charges a $50 deposit and has more prohibition signs than the streets of Singapore, which doesn't feel welcoming. In the room, there was no safety box, which is basic. The usability of the kitchen is limited. Similarly, the washing machine doesn't come with a dryer and there is nothing to hang up your clothes.

Yadeth, the head receptionist is very good, professional and friendly. I've seen him handle multiple problems but never get upset or lose professionalism. I think he should be the trainer for all new staff at Parc 21 Luxury.

Everything is good except the housekeeping staff. They rarely come to clean the room unless I inform the front desk first.

Amazing place ! I felt like home for couple days around Cambodia ! The place was very clean, I want to say perfect. The reception team was amazing and I really felt understood and they mane everything possible if they could. And the pool was perfect location for work and relax, the team at the bar was also really caring and nice. Overall I want to say, if you are looking for a place to stay chose this one ! I been in 3 different hotel in the city with the similar price range and this one has everything! Also the location is really good !

Would stay again! Clean, good location, nice apartment. Only improvement would be for there to be some space to hang clothes as there’s a washing machine, and to have cooking utensils! They were quickly provided when requested tho.

2 adults stayed for 7 nights january 2026. Enjoyed our one bedroom apartment. Staff is very friendly and speaks english. Gym was spacious and not too busy with clean and new equipment. Rooftop pool and bar had fantastic view on the city. Bar serves basic cocktails and drinks for everyone. Pool was cold but there was small section with heated water like a jazzuzi but without bubbles. Reception 24h open. Staff very attentive we gad clogged bathroom drain and they cleaned within few hours while we were away. Also we got additional pan, pot and knive for cooking and hanger rack to hang our washed clothes. By the entrance there is small shop were we purchased water daily and in few minutes walk there is convenience store and coffee shops. Location is great, quiet. Only there is rooster living somewhere around so you can hear him from time to time, but not a big issue. Also shower did not have seperate door or glass frim bathroom so it was complicated to take shower and not flood all bathroom. Cleaning was done daily with bedding changed, floors cleared and towels changed. Only cleaning ladies come at 9am and pound at the doors, we were woken up few times we had to put do not disturb sign, went out 10-12 am and put then please make up the room and cleaning ladied did not notice few days in a row our room was not cleaned then we saw cleaning lady and asked to clean and she did clean while we were in apartment. When you check in you have to leave 50$ deposit cash. Wiifii was working great and we could do video calls with no issues. TV had Netflix. :) Owerall we liked our stay and would choose this place again! :)

Air conditioning problems, heat in some rooms that face the sun are unbearable

This is perfect for solo foreigner like me, they're nice, the room is clean has a good ac, everything is perfect

The best hotel so far I've ever stay, staff were friendly, especially Deth. He is very helpful and cool. The view from the pool is superb, the room is clean and neat (👍 up to the housekeeping team). I will definitely come back again anytime I'm in Cambodia.
