The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. They even arranged an early morning airport drop-off for us, which was a lifesaver. It's a shame the breakfast service is no longer available. The photo is the view from our 7th-floor balcony.

Convenient location, room is not too small and has everything you need. I had a bit of trouble checking in, because the room wasn’t ready at 2:45pm and they asked to wait till 3pm which didn’t match with my plans. Other than that everything went smoothly, the stuff was helpful. Please note that their restaurant is closed right now so they can only serve you coffee at this moment. There are some cafes nearby though.

I booked a room without a balcony, but the staff got us a room with a balcony which is wa are appreciate it, and the balcony is so wide with a city view. There is no water heater, and there are only face towels and bath towels. Bathroom amenities are not complete as in the information, such as shower caps. But overall, it is worth the price. The hotel is clean, and the location is very good. :)) The prices of food and drinks at the cafe are also very cheap.

Initially I only planned to stay 3 nights in this hotel but after staying there for 3 nights I have decided to continue all remaining days with this hotel. The staff are very friendly, especially a few names I can remember: Hongly, Bun Thong Lyna etc … they have been very friendly and helpful to me.
