Small boutique hotel that is about 5 to 10 mins walk from the riverside. Staff was very friendly and helpful both during check in and check out process. Hotel was pretty new, spacious, but the furnishings and/or workmanship may not be of the best quality.
There is a rooftop pool but I did not use it.

What a nice experience staying at The Scenic Hotel!
First of all, the location is great — right in the city center, close to Walk Street, the Museum, Royal Palace, Wat Phnom, and many more attractions and food spots.
The hotel is very clean and affordable. The rooftop view is amazing, especially during events like the Countdown and Water Festival — you can see the fireworks clearly from up there!
The owner and staff are super friendly and helpful. They recommended many good places to eat nearby.
It’s really worth staying here. I’ll definitely come back again!

Hotel is in Great location that can travel around local wet market, near riverside with shop like massage, different variety food stall. At night can eat and shop at famous night market and see the bigger area nightlife of Phnom Penh will stay again if visit Cambodia. Keep up with the Good Services and Great Smile from staff 🙏

The rooms are modern, cosy, and perfect for a relaxing stay plus the rooftop view. Heartfelt hospitality from the staffs— friendly, welcoming, and always ready to give support nails the services to the next level.
