The Artist Residence

Unfortunately, our experience at this place was very disappointing. The room was not clean at all, there was a bad smell, and the noise made it very difficult to relax or sleep. The overall condition was not what we expected. The restaurant was not working during our stay, and the coffee machine was also unavailable. We also had issues with cleanliness and hygiene — for example, I left some food on the table, went to take a shower, and when I came back it was covered with ants, which was very unpleasant. The only positive thing we can mention is the night security guard, who was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We really appreciated his kindness. The location is convenient, as it is close to many places and attractions, but the lack of cleanliness, noise, and unavailable facilities made our stay uncomfortable. It really looks nothing like the photos..

It's a loft bed design & it's convenient to stay. This residence also easy to access anywhere such as Royal Palace, National Museum, Wat Phnom & also can enjoy the walk street around the riverside every weekend. All of the staff also quite nice, friendly & professional so based on my experience it's really recommended !

Location is perfect and the best thing is the room is best with affordable price. It was a fantastic experience staying here...

Room in the last upper floor, quite nice but a bit rundown and it was quite dirty, with things left by prior tenants. Even though I had confirmed early check-in, when I arrived they told me to come at the normal check-in time because the prior tenants supposedly didn't check out yet. The wall behind the bed is covered by some blue material that is ripped. If you touch it, the dust from the wall behind it starts to fall down through the holes (literally). They cut the water at around 10pm until next morning, so consider that. On top of that, I needed to do my visa extension. I went to immigration and they told me this place didn't register me in FPCS system and that is their duty to do so unless they want to be fined; I asked the reception, they directed me to the manager. He simply said police will not accept this address for visa extension; when I told him is their duty to have it done and that I will ask immigration again, he replied "tell them we don't work with FPCS yet". One can wonder why something that barely takes 2 minutes to register wouldn't be done. To be avoided.

We stayed here , and had a notable experience. The highlights of our stay included the room comfort and the overall ambiance of the property.The staff members were attentive to our needs during check-in, and the location made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. However, there were a few minor areas that could be improved, such as the speed of the service during peak hours. Overall, it was a memorable visit and we would consider returning in the future.

Nice room

My stay was wonderful. The hotel service was exceptional friendly, attentive staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The facilities were top notch with a clean and modern room. A relaxing pool area and a well-equipped gym. As for the food the breakfast buffet had a great variety, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
