My stay at The Bridge Club in Phnom Penh offered exceptional value for money. The sky-high room on the 40th floor was incredibly spacious and clean, boasting an absolutely spectacular view of the Mekong River at night. Having in-room amenities like a washing machine, microwave, and full fridge made it feel like a true home away from home. The highlight was definitely the 39th-floor rooftop pool and the well-equipped fitness center. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to Aeon Mall and plenty of local eateries. While the bathroom shower layout could be improved to keep the floor dry, the super comfortable bed and friendly, helpful staff more than made up for it. I would definitely book a stay here again!

Overall, we had a good stay at The Bridge Club. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient. However, there were a few minor issues that could be improved. Despite that, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we still enjoyed our stay. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Clean and the staff were very attentive. We arrived an hour early and were still able to check into our room. The building management was strict and focused on safety.

The interior design of the hotel has a lot of potential, the rooms and pretty nice, utilities such as Washing machine, microwave and dish sink is pretty ok But the hygiene of the whole room was just wrong, there was roaches the second we enter the room, even after asking the front desk to have a room change it was the same thing. The bathroom has this foul stench for no apparent reason at random times The room cleaning service wasn’t any better, after cleaning the room, there’s still roach carcasses under the dining table despite being a two person cleaning job The pool is dirty, murky, as if it wasn’t cleaned in a long time, so much so that one of us injured their big toe in the pool Is very sad because if the hygiene of the hotel was well maintained, it would be potentially a very good hotel, but as of thing are, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to any of my friends

The hotel is located on Diamond Island, offering an excellent location with stunning river views. You'll find plenty of dining, entertainment, and accommodation options nearby. However, the area can be a bit crowded, so I'd recommend staying within the hotel premises as much as possible.

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are clean, quiet, and well-equipped with a washer/dryer and microwave. There are many different types of restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Aeon 1, which is incredibly convenient. Most importantly, the price is reasonable. Highly recommended! The balcony offers a river view, which is especially beautiful at night. Plus, the pool is great.

The only good thing about this hotel was the outdoor pool (which I didn't have time to use). Everything else was absolutely terrible. Cockroaches and dust were everywhere. The outdoor AC unit was right outside the wall by the head of the bed, making it so loud I couldn't sleep. The air purifier mentioned in the description wasn't there, and when I asked the front desk for one, they said they didn't have such equipment. They claimed to have cutlery but didn't provide knives. These two points are examples of Ctrip's deceptive practices. And when I complained to Ctrip, all I got were apologies. This isn't the first time I've had such a trashy experience, and I've been misled by them for a long time. I'm going to sue Ctrip when I return to China.

Need to improve the check-in. Mostly the check-in time is delay. Also need to put hotel telephone for faster communication.
