The stay was relatively okay but this time the bed springs was spoilt and had problem sleeping.

Quite good place while traveling in Phnom Penh. Has everything what you need, but pay attention Hotel has 20$ deposit

I had a pleasant stay at 7 Days Premium Hotel in Phnom Penh. The room was clean and well-maintained, with reliable air conditioning that kept the space comfortable. The FO staff attitude is not friendly. The ceiling light in the room is always blinking. One more thing all lightning switches are shock. Please check and improve. Especially the front desk staff. Thank

Good hotel room, A/C could of been a bit stronger but since we came from a place prior that had no a/c it weren’t complaining. Tv had no channels but I bought a hdmi cord close by used my laptop

This property offers a very comfortable bed, clean bedding in a well maintained, very clean room. The aircon is strong and wifi mostly functioning. Housekeeping did a very the thorough job of keeping my room clean. The elevator or stair access to the lobby was also good.

I llike this hotel because 1. Good location, 2. Service is good 3.room is clean. 4. Friendly staff.

more like guest house then 3 stars hotel. the hotel is very noisy. . nothing fancy or special. bed is hard, and pillows are uncomfortable. if you need just a night stay.. it's ok for a budget guest house.

Good stuff: - Relatively clean throughout - Large room - Comfortable bed - Helpful staff Needs improvement: - Non-smoking floor is definitely contaminated by smokers (even the room). - Advertised cable and games console but false advertising. TV didn't even work and the staff said none of the rooms were working. - Noisy and loud - although the walls are ok, the front door needs soundproofing. Very noisy neighbours arriving at 1am (didn't help that they were inconsiderate with their volume). - Cleaners and staff also noisy and started conversing loudly with each other early in the morning. - Shower drain blocked (needs cleaning).

The bed was super comfy, shower was great, nice toiletries, quiet night sleep with AC Working great too. There was a slight smell of smoke in the hall. Not sure if there were smoking rooms nearby or staff need to be more vigilant for smoking in the room? Not a huge criticism but just a note. There is a coffee shop right next door perfect for working all day if you need to
