ALL the plugs were hardly working, I tried to charge my phone but I had to watch it charge. Wifi was so bad that most of the time I used my own data. The refrigerator was broken they changed and plugged in one of the plugs that was almost working but the morning staff that cleaned the room I guess didn’t know that the other wasn’t working at all and put it back. It is difficult to sleep at night because of the noise from the street. I booked this hotel mainly for the swimming pool but it wasn’t the same as in the pictures. It was there for the sick of being there, nothing more, right next to the street. I had a lot of discomfort staying there but don’t have any negative feelings because whenever the receptionist there they tried to help you, but they were hardly there, you had to go looking for them. The place is not bad, I would only recommend the staff to fix some of the problems there before letting in the guests. I would go there if they fixed the plugs and had some decoration change in the swimming pool area, like a wall that you don’t have to watch and listen all that is happening there. Plus fix the wifi and the plugs that are very important for the travellers.

A very good B&B hotel in the core area of Phnom Penh. The boss is enthusiastic and speaks Chinese. The hotel is clean and tidy. You can see the beautiful scenery of Phnom Penh from the second and third floor balconies!

On the first night, I stayed in Room 202 with poor Wi-Fi and the water level in the toilet had a bad smell. The next morning, I helped to change rooms. I stayed in Room 304. The Wi-Fi and toilet were OK, but there were ants, which must be improved. Cost-effective. The overall environment and facilities are good, but the swimming pool is thin and full of waste leaves. Someone cleaned it but it was not too clean. There is no swimming. There are many choices for going out to a food street. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Aeon. The transportation is convenient, and the hotel staff have a good sense of responsibility , but often not at the counter, to find someone around.
