Location is very good. Service staffs & service is good. But room always differ from online description. Last time book as showing have Bathtub but don't have. This time booked with open air bathtub with balcony but no balcony.

The service is good and upgraded me to king-size bed room. But the shower water is not even warm. The face basin water was super hot. The surrounding has lots of eateries with tourists. There are better hotels around with newer furniture.

A bit of a mixed bag. Cheap, but not so much for Cambodia Great location by Bassac bar Street Very clean hotel and nice staff Room is bag and spacious enough. Bed was broken and sagging in the middle, so my partner couldn't sleep easily, and the shower room just leaked water excessively, so after every shower you needed to try mop up the water escaping which made going to the toilet annoying, especially if you don't wear Slippers always. Staff were happy to help though, but the experience was ruined somewhat by the bed more than anything

Great boutique hotel, location is great lots of restaurants and bars all walking distance. Downstairs pool restaurant is refreshing and small relaxing pool at the sky bar. Will stay again.

Super Location. Good staffs. Will stay here if return. Booked in Trip e biggest room but wasn’t given but after a call The staff upgraded. Soon gonna do pest control. Due to weather, Hv many Mozzie. Bright n clean. Stone throw from rest n bars. Nice food places. Roof top dip pool n bar look nice. So was e 2nd pool on ground n it’s ambiance. I enjoyed e stay.

The hotel has a lot of charm. It seems fairly new, although the room smelled stuffy. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathtub, but the shower leaked a lot. Has 2 pools, one of which is on the rooftop which has a nice view. Great service and awesome location!

The Hotel is located in the middle of the tourist area in the city with many restaurants and bars in close proximity. Located within a 10 minute walk there's a western style mall. The spa services were excellent and reasonable priced, very flexible with booking appointments and were able to facilite a short notice booking but definitely recommended to book in advance. The pool area didn't have any places to lounge just bar area sitting in both pool areas. the Buffet breakfast lacked a lot of choices and the food was often cold. However food ordered off their menu was very good, great tasting. The hotel does have a very long lasting happy hour.

Good customer service! Very helpful and attentive staff. Room very clean, breakfast is fabulous with many choices. Especially, rooftop bar with very nice view and cocktails. Massage therapist is fantastic relaxing ever with reasonable price. Love it!

The location is great as it’s next to Bessoc street so a lot of nice food around. Shopping mall and the royal palace are nearby. The rooms are nice and the bed and pillows comfortable!
