Phnom Penh Infinity Pool Down to $25/N - M Residence

I've been staying in Me residence before and it was great hotel, now is ruined, dirty, bloody stains on curtains, AC loud like you are in airplane... Location is good though, but it just not worth it anymore. About swimming pool don't let me even start, it wasn't clean at all, water hasn't changed for months ai believe...

Best budget friendly hotel with unique location and the hotel ambience is very nice me and my friend both travelling together and spend two nights in this hotel and everything was very nice we recommend you if you are planning a trip and want to stay in a hotel near about the travel destinations travel places so you can book this one and enjoy city view from my room the city view is very nice and the service is also very best.

sca-M Residence. I post using anonymous to protect my safety. MOSTLY THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE !! I WARNED YOU! TRY AND YOU CAN EXPERIENCE THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WE HAD. Nothing to enjoy. NOTHING from the staff to room. The room is small and average condo style. The only thing that I like but didn't enjoy was the small kitchen and some utensils for cooking. The bed is so freak!n hard, similar to sleeping on the floor. Thw sink drainage was leaking. There's a couple of or maybe 3 coakcraches on the toilet and bath. Everything was poor experience. The facilities are average, the rooftop pool was advertised as included in the booking but when trying to swim in the pool, there's a glass door that need keycard and it says need to update the keycard on the front desk, but you need to do first a perfect rating before they will give some access. Also, DO NOT EXPECT to get your DEPOSIT BACK. Because they tell us that we should give them five or perfect star rating first before they will give back the deposit which is our money by the way. Coercion is real. Some customers even give them perfect rating but still didn't receive back their money base on some real reviews. OUR CONCLUSION BASE ON OUR EXPERIENCE 1. ROOM IS ACCEPTABLE (cockroaches is tiny) 2. ADVERTISING WAS BAD (pool wasn't included) 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF ARE TERRIBLE If you want some terrible experience then book this sca-M Residence.

This hotel is horrible, please avoid at all cost. AC does not work well blasting very loud noise all night without cold air, as it's pretty much a fan. The water does not drain as this is a problem with the building. There are also cockroaches in the building. Tried to cancel my second night and hotel manager refused profusely, until trip.com got involved. The gym here is as hot as it gets outside as they don't turn on the AC. I would stay away as you will for sure regret staying here.

I hate to say this, but I was lied to repeatedly. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
