My favorite hotel to stay when I’m in Arizona. 4th time staying at The Global and love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Love all the restaurants and the spa is amazing.

Nice lively vibe but small for big events, there conventions consume the whole small property. The place is new, so the furnishings are new but they are not of the quality that will wear well - the food was exceptional both in the Resteraunt and room service, neither cheap and room service tacks on a 20% service charge and expects you tip on top of it - a 40% tip on expensive food? ridiculous! The Staff is over the top nice, super friendly, you can see they are making a point of it and they were great!

I love love the Global!! The only hotel I stay when in Phoenix. I’ve tried all the big 5 stars and they don’t compare to the rooms and the comfort and the location and the food and everything at The Global!! ♥️♥️♥️

First time at the global ambassador hotel in Scottsdale everything was excellent except he hotel is amazing and staff and service they were the best team very friendly went there for couple days for my birthday and we had the best time we definitely were coming back to the global ambassador hotel because everything was amazing and we’re coming back soon I will give them all 5 star best hotel ever in Arizona i highly recommended

This hotel stay was immaculate! From my check-in with Elizabeth at the front desk, to the room, to the dinner at Le Âme, the service the entire time was amazing. I am so excited to come back! Thank you for making my birthday very special.

Love this Hotel and Thea is favorite as well. I did not thnk the food in the main Restaurant was as good as the rest of the places in the hotel. The service was also very slow The beds are great and I loved the room
